We have been ordering from branders for years. Always had a good experience. My favorite rep is Kristina L. Also their prices are as good if not better than every other place that I have checked on almost all products. Thank you branders & Kristina!

Jonathan Garcia was a pleasure to work with on my order, and really went out of his way to provide exceptional service. I would absolutely order on Branders again because of the great customer service.

The customer service so far has been fantastic! I started working with Kristina Lazaga early in the day. I had so many questions and changes to my design, that I just knew she would lose patience with me. Nope, not at all! Well, its 5:30 PM Central time, and I just got off the phone with her to place my first order of mugs (BR62072)
I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to work with her and actually speak with a real person.
I will keep you posted on the quality, but let me tell you, if the product is as good as their Customer Service Department, we will switch all our printing needs to them!

Last Friday I found Branders on line - they had collapsible flying discs. I was already behind schedule on my project! I needed to move quickly or they wouldn't arrive on time. Saturday I sent them an image which they cleaned up & sent me a proof early Sunday morning. I placed the order Sunday with a 3 day rush production & next day delivery! It's Friday one week later & they're here & they look great! Excellent service & great job!

I have placed several orders with Branders. I was only unhappy with the last order I placed because it was not the color that was ordered. The doctor likes the bag so much, she said to place another order and make sure that it's done right. I placed the order and expressed my dissatisfaction. I worked with Shanetta Black and she was absolutely amazing. She wanted to please me in everyway possible, which she did. She was in constant contact and ASSURED me that my order was going to be done right. She said I am going to send you a picture of the bag to make sure you are pleased. My doctor is very happy and can't wait to get the bags for our patients. I want to thank you again Shanetta for all of your help. You are definitely a 5 star! BR60700

Bought magnifiers with lights (slide out & light comes on) and the light stays on when closed when it should shut off. My wife called Branders.com immediately as we were giving these out as a little gift to our customers and needed this problem fixed quickly. The non-customer service answered the phone and told her to check them all and they would see what they could do on getting them replaced or a refund. I have no time now to get them replaced or do anything else. I say buyer beware as you will receive an inferior product with inferior service to match!

I have never been treated with such disrespect as I have with this company. Out of the 4 orders I made. Two were late, one had such terrible quality we couldn't use them, and I still haven't received the fourth after over a month! Every time an employee doesn't want to deal with you they send you to another who dodges your emails and calls. They are impossible to reach and extremely rude. I received a confirmation for my order and later found out the color was out of stock. Fine. So I order in another color. Turns out that is out of stock. Try again and it's damaged. When I called to ask if they had more in stock they lied and said no when their website said otherwise.

Honestly please save yourself the frustration and choose any company other than Branders.

I have purchased from Branders for 15 years and all of the sudden they suck. 76 of 100 pieces of my order were not correct. They argued for a month trying to pass off a $50 in store credit as adequate.

In addition: the web site doesn't allow you to compare or save ideas anymore. The customer service rep doesn't want to help find things or explain things and defaults to guessing. Their customer service ticket system is difficult.They surprised me with $200 in production charges for full color screening instead of the two colors I ordered. It took a month of arguing to get a partial refund on an order over 75% incorrect AND I didn't have product for my event.

I needed some ink pens with my company logo printed on them for an upcoming tradeshow. Gerri Brooks was able to help me find a quick solution for my needs and the customer service she provided was outstanding. Thank you!

this is the second time our company has ordered from Branders.com and each time we have been very happy and satisfied with our products! :)

We recently ordered some items and were pleasantly surprised by the fast process and delivery. Gerri was very accommodating and the products are wonderful, too.

We worked with Gerri for seeveral merchandising items and were extremely pleased with the items we ordered. Gerri worked with me from day 1 to after delivery of the products to ensure everything was exactly as we wanted it. It was a great experience and we will definitely be ordering again!

I opened a second location and needed Leonard Doromal of Branders.com to design and deliver 500 more paper fans on a stick. I received the same sturdy and durable church fans as I did 18mths. ago from first order.

Members of various churches were very impress and thankful to have fans that hasve lasted over a year. I look forward to my next order.

Customer service was extremely attentive and helpful, job was done perfectly and delivered almost two weeks ahead of schedule. Impressive!

I had a logo printed on some drinkware. It showed up on time, but the quality was atrocious. 16 of the 36 shot glasses contained some sort of black and red paint scrapings throughout, one glass was actually cut, some had bubbles in the glass, and one was actually chipped. To their credit, a ticket was submitted. But then communication dropped. Multiple emails, messages, and calls went unreturned. Eventually I got frustrated at the lack of care and just decided to forget the whole thing and try another place. Kirby D was my salesman. What a waste of setup fees ($100).

Although I was upset at first with the lack of communication about where our product was in the process, once I was able to reach our contact at Branders.com everything was smooth sailing. The main headquarters had run short of our product and they quickly found a replacement vendor and had the product printed and shipped ASAP! They were even able to split the shipment and had the exact number sent directly to the event and the remainder sent to my office. Great work guys! The end product looks great!

Product arrived well packaged, on time, and was a big hit!

Our organization ordered shirts from Branders in 2014 for our annual golf outings and events (2-years worth... or so we thought). Needless to say (as with any sized items), you guess sizes that will work and make adjustments as things happen.

We recently held year 2 of our events and one week prior to the outing(s) we ran out of shirts. We contacted Gerri Brooks in a panic hoping (and begging) for more shirts to which she was an absolute rock star!

Gerri quickly found our prior order and in less than an hour and a couple of phone calls, had the same shirts on order, to the embroiderer and shipped quickly to our outing (which was being held out state) and had them there early to boot. She even made sure we ordered quantities and used shipping methods that helped our budget!

Gerri made sure to send tracking information and walk with our order from A-Z to ensure that our needs were met.

We would recommend Branders (and Gerri) to anyone looking for promotional items. The quality is outstanding, the pricing is competitive and thanks to good people like Gerri... the service is impeccable!
