Our organization has used Branders for several years for yearly promotional products. The products have always been top quality. Service is great. We worked with Barbie and now Shanetta. They have always been very helpful.

The patience and professionalism I received from Carlo Lee was beyond expectations. Carlo took an extreme amount of time with me and my questions/concerns with ordering a large order for my daughters club volleyball team.

So I sent a review a few weeks ago and I stated then that I was amazed with their products and service. Their customer service reps are top notch and definitely go the extra mile. My first CSR was Alfredo and he spent at least two hours working with me on creating some great products to give to customers. Today I spoke with Carlo and he was equally as great. He helped me create some great products for our company. I would without a doubt recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

After reading several reviews, I decided to place an order with this company for drawstring bags. I placed my order on the 4th. My expected shipping date was the 13th. After approving my art, my date got pushed back to the 25th. I called to get a shipping date prior to my event (22nd). They assured me it would arrive before then, but a day before my newly given arrival date, the product had not even been made. Extremely disatissfied.

I have been ordering shirts from Branders for a few years now and the service has always been exceptional. This experience was no different. Carlo Lee was very thorough and I received my order in time and everything was accurate.

Regarding BR77939, Gerri Brooks was the best help I could ask for. She reached out, just as we had the need to order give-aways for our upcoming conference. I needed suggestions on what product and she provided excellent choices and worked to get me samples. Then we discussed what should be printed, she helped organize it and when we had specific color requirements, she worked that out as well. Overall a very good process to take an ambiguous need and refine it in what we needed. Thanks!!!! She'll be my go to person at branders as I would definitely work with her again.

We have just ordered and are waiting for the finished product, but are anticipating being very happy. We ordered a sample in advance and liked it so we are looking forward to receiving the full order :) Our rep, Mr. Rodriguez was really great and easy to work with!

My sales representative, Carlo Lee, was great to work with! He was able to answer any questions I had concerning products, customization, and shipping options. He made the process very easy! The stainless steel water bottles we received are great, beyond expectation! They look like we must have spend a huge amount of money on them! However, the price was incredibly reasonable; especially for the quality and appearance of the product! Our staff loves them! I decided to update my review since things seemed to go downhill after once I submitted an early good review--which was written prior to receiving my order and just the tiresome week of going back-and-forth.

The workers are friendly ( Karina was lovely to work with) but when it came down to it, I had to basically call and email everyday since issues kept popping up. Prior to ordering I asked if they could meet my deadline and they promised to--but they kept pushing the delivery date past deadline because of errors on their part. Luckily because I called/emailed/online chat-ed every day it ended up barely making deadline---but I shouldn't have had to have done that in the first place. Once I get sent and approve a proof it should be smooth sailing-- I shouldn't get notified that I need to simplify or change my design-- if that was an issue it should've been stated I needed a revision prior to being sent a proof.

Out of the 36 pieces ordered, 7 arrived with broken pieces and there were just a lot of small issues such as ink blotches where they shouldn't be from ink smearing. I could understand a few, but 20% arriving unusable...

I really wanted to have a good experience and use/recommend them to my art/design colleagues but I'm afraid I cannot do so on good conscience.

Billy assisted me in setting up our account and placing an order for our company. We was very knowledgable and professional, he helped set everything up and got it done quickly!

It's good to know there are knowledgeable representatives when you need help. This is twice now Billy has been a huge help. We use Branders for all our promotions travel items.

I hadn't used Branders.com before this order, and I have to say I am very pleased with the results. The item I ordered is in great condition and looks exactly as I thought it would; happy with the product. The customer service was excellent! Carlo went above and beyond to satisfy my rushed order request. My package arrived three business days later than expected, so Branders.com offered a refund for my expedited shipping costs. Thank you for making my experience seamless; we will definitely work with Branders.com again in the future!

Billy was awesome! He was very helpful and patient. I especially appreciated how cool and respectful he was to me, given that I did not make the ordering process very easy. He is very good at providing excellent customer service, especially in an industry where so many are lacking good customer service skills. I hadn't used Branders before this purchase. I'm always hesitant to try new companies, but they had the product I needed. Customer service would be the key and deciding factor on our decision to move forward. I was connected with Billy David Pazos immediately.
He answered all my questions regarding order BR73139 with a great attitude and willingness to help walk me through my first order with Branders.
I threw him a curveball when I asked if we could receive our product earlier than the estimated delivery date. He put me on hold and communicated with the art department. They guaranteed they could get it done in time.
Billy's follow up was wonderful! He made sure everything was on schedule, and we did receive our product by the date I requested.

I just placed this order, so have not received our custom notebooks yet, but if the quality of the products match the quality of service we received from Mr. Pazos, this is definitely a well-deserved 5 star review.

He helped up complete a complex order with different shipping dates, quantities and discounts, and it looks like we will get our swag well before our event - the delivery date at Branders beat other sites by a lot, and the free shipping is a huge plus. Billy was extremely thorough in documenting the details for us giving us peace of mind at a competitive price. He patiently waited for me to send materials and return calls, and to top it off, he stayed past 5PM to tie up loose ends.
