Great range of shoes to choose from. I live in the country and can’t access this range anywhere nearby. The website was easy to use, I was kept updated on delivery date and the shoes all arrived safely and were what I wanted.

The service was prompt, no problems with the web site, it was a great experience.

Ordered on 10th Dec. Now 17th Dec & tracking says still preparing for delivery. Sent an email the morning of 16th dec to ask when I can expect item to be sent. Evening of 17th Dec & still no reply. Terrible customer service & poor shipping times. Very disappointing

I found the site, looked up Skechers shoes, as I had bought some 2 years ago. I paid $185.00 in a shoe shop, much to my amazement, but I was going on a trip which included a lot of walking, so I wanted something comfortable and good for my feet. I now, some 3 years later am going on another trip with walking a big part of the trip. Brand House direct came up on my i pad and I click on to take a look. Was I surprised they had Skechers shoes at 1/3 of the price I paid previously.I ordered them and they came promptly and fit beautifully. I will be buying another pair as my trip isn’t till November 2026 and I’m already wearing them and will probably need a back up pair for the trip. Thank you Brand House Direct.

I received a pair of sandals for $38.99 plus delivery.
I could not believe the sandals that were sent to me. Flexy cheap rubber. Front folded in and I tripped..i tried them for 1 day...could not be bothered sending back..chucked in bin! I have bought better shoes at kmart for $10...never again

Best place to buy shoes, great selection and first-class customer support. Not the fastest delivery but I wouldn’t buy my families shoes anywhere else.

Quick speedy service. You have the products I like, and at comparable prices! Hobart isn't big but now, i don't have to try and find a shop that has the brands i want! I am always hesitant when I try a new company but, this is one case where everything went seamlessly!

Terrible customer service on faulty product. For Brand House Direct.
Bought Bogs gumboots, they started leaking after 5 weeks. I complained. They ignored my complaint for two weeks until I wrote a review, then did nothing but badger me with emails. They won't replace or refund the item until I cut them up.
How do I cut up gumboots?
I pursued this through consumer affairs for 6+ months. Each time Brand House Direct sent an email with one line telling me to cut up the boots for a store credit. Consumer Law says the customer is entitled to a REFUND or a credit but it is the customer's choice, however, the company just ignored this and kept telling me to cut up the boots. The only way to get a refund is to take them to the Small Claims Tribunal. The fee was almost as much as the boots so I decided not to pursue it.
The company is going against consumer law but unless you take them to the tribunal they get away with it. I finally gave up in June 2026; so for about 9 months they just ignored my request for a refund.
Avoid at all costs.
ALso, avoid Bog Boots. The first pair I bought leaked, I figured this was an anomaly. The store I bought them through supplied me with a new pair. I stupidly went ahead and bought another pair online- they're a good fit for my long skinny foot- but the 2nd pair also leaked. So beware of Bogs Boots too.

I downloaded the app it told me to download so I can track the package, and 10 days later it still said "Pending" so I emailed asking why it still hadn't been shipped - they sent me a link to track the package through the courier that STILL said it was to be shipped. It took over 2 weeks to get my shoes. I unfortunately ordered a size down from what I wanted, I emailed asking for advice on exchanging as I am not in Aussie (I am in NZ) and the instructions sent with the package only applied to AUS - TWO days later they replied and said I would have to pay for shipping which I was absolutely not doing.

I am severely dissatisfied with my experience.

Due to having surgery on both ankles it was time for some orthotic friendly shoes, and I can never find a great range in stores. I ordered 3 pairs through Brand House Direct, sticking to ordering in European sizing. They arrived today. All fit perfectly. All are amazingly comfortable, and they arrived in a week from ordering. I've now gone and loaded another 2 different styles into my cart!

Several purchases from this company with no problem at all , until i did a return , dont answer phones no reply on emails ,telling me they sent a store credit when they did not , finally got a refund after a month of hassle 🙄
