Unfortunately very bad experience when ordering some shoes. They sent the wrong color, and refused to make the refund because they argued this is the right one. Very bad customer service.

Good products, high variety of brands, fast delivery and good prices

We needed some orthopedic shoes urgently for work and damaged feet. We could have bought them a lot cheaper from elsewhere but did not want to wait 2 weeks. We paid $40 extra to purchase them from Brand direct. It has been 8 days and not even a notification the item has even been picked for sending. They are middle men who obviously ordered from the original company. Cut out the middle man and order direct from the real company because this is all they do. Slack.

A great company with excellent customer service

Excellent service from Brand House Direct! The Woodlands Luai Black shoes are very comfortable and of great quality. Delivery was quick and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.

I bought a pair of Hi-Tec Trailstone Women's hiking boots from this company. They lasted 3 1/2 months then completely fell to bits!!
Contacted Brand House Direct on 27th July 2025 and have been given the run around ever since (its now September 5th) and I've still received no refund. Shocking customer (dis)service 😡😡😡

Easy ordering,

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I returned a pair of shoes for an exchange and the replacement pair weren't suitable either, so apparently I can only get a store credit for the second pair. I have been waiting over two weeks for the store credit. Everytime I email them I get no response or a generic "Your Store credit will be processed by this week", which it isn't. I phoned them and got told that it's been passed on to the manager and will be processed "by the end of the week". Not good enough. I wish I'd just gotten a refund on the first pair I returned - although, I suspect I'd be chasing that up weeks later also.

I ordered a pair of shoes ( Cabello comfort black size 8 model 5849-27 ) and they were sent quite promptly. Unfortunately they were too small so I was able to send them back for a size 9. The 9 fitted perfectly and look really good so I’m looking forward to wearing them soon. I’m very impressed by the range of footwear this company has and equally impressed by the service.

Fantastic service from Brand House Direct! Great range of top brands at unbeatable prices, and delivery was super quick. The shoes were exactly as described, feels comfortable, true to size, and excellent quality. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be a returning customer!

I have bought other shoes from this company but I needed to exchange the last pair of slippers for another design. No problem. Customer service is excellent and the lady I spoke to was very friendly. Can definitely recommend Brand House Direct.

Avoid Brand House Direct – Misleading “No Hassle Returns”

I ordered Homyped boots for my mother (Order #776489). The sizing guide was inaccurate and the shoes didn’t fit. Their website advertises a “30 Day No Hassle Return”, yet the process was anything but:
• The returns portal failed with an error.
• Customer service was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly said no manager was available.
• Calls went to a full voicemail inbox.
• My formal complaint email was ignored (later claimed to be “in junk”).
• We were forced to pay return postage under protest, despite the misleading “no hassle” advertising.
• The item was received back on 8 August, but no refund was issued for over 12 days.

When finally reached, the representative implied it was “unreasonable” to expect free returns, and lectured me that she would “ALWAYS read the returns policy when ordering online” — a statement completely out of touch with consumer expectations and industry norms.

This conduct breaches the Australian Consumer Law. Misleading advertising, unreasonable delays, and dismissive service are unacceptable.

A simple exchange could have secured a repeat customer. Instead, they’ve lost our trust permanently. I will never order from Brand House Direct again and strongly urge others to shop elsewhere.

The shoes are great value for the price

I have bought many pairs of shoes from Brandhouse Direct in the past - at least 7. All great purchases that I’ve been happy with.
One of my recent purchases - a beautiful pair if boots - was too small. My return was done with no fuss and I got the perfect size. I love them. Beautiful quality leather boots. Thank you.
