I am leaving this review because I hired grand rep to manage my Google ad campaign and unfortunately, I am having to leave a bad review. This is not something that I normally do but because of the service that I received and the lack of attention to my campaign there were several times that my ad just stopped working because brand rep was not paying attention to the ad, and I would have to call and complain that the calls were not coming in and then they would fix it. The calls starts to come in this happened twice anytime you do try to call Brian rep they’ll put you on hold or they’ll leave you waiting for a very long time to speak to a representative. It’s unacceptable. Their services marginal at best. They care about one thing and that’s your payment. They do not send monthly reports the last report that I received. I called last for it because I was not receiving the calls and when I receive the report, there were multiple calls on there that they never sent to me or they did not go through on my email. I do not recommend the service to anyone if you’re looking to expand your business like I said I do not like leaving reviews like this in most cases. I feel like they’re unnecessary but if you do hire them, it will be at your own risk and you will see that what I am saying is exactly what you’ll get.
