BraunOni 

I ordered a battery from one of BraunOni's subsidiaries from a localised website that strongly implied that the company was based in the country where I live. It's not, it's based in Eindhoven in the Netherlands. I immediately received an email acknowledging my order and pointing me to an account administration page which showed my product had been shipped. The product never came and every attempt to contact the company was met with evasive emails that promised delivery down the line. I finally cancelled my order and was told that my cancellation could only be processed by a supervisor at a later date, so I clawed back my credit card payment. The company then sent me an email informing me that they'd "refunded my transaction and cancelled the order", which was untrue - the only money I received was the claw back, and simultaneously, a message from another client service representative demanding to know why I'd clawed back my payment and not tried to enter into a dialogue with them despite more than 20 emails and several attempts to contact their MD and other employees over social media. Needless to say, I am not impressed and will never do business with them again. Nor, as the many negative comments on this site testify, should anybody else. I have referred the matter to the police, though I am not optimistic that any action will be taken, and also to the ombudsman in the Netherlands, who I hope will investigate what appears to be an online scam.

Ich bin ganz und gar nicht mit der Firma BraunOni zufrieden ich habe einen Akku für einen Dyson Akku Staubsauger bestellt der ist nach ca.3 Wochen auch geliefert worden. Akku eingebaut funktionierte ca. 4Wochen dann war der Akku platt ging nichts mehr ich den alten Akku wieder eingebaut dann lief der Staubsauger wieder zwar nur für ein paar Minuten ich die Firma BraunOni per Mail kontaktiert bekam auch Antwort natürlich nur in Englischer Schrift was ich gar nicht kann nur noch etwas Schulenglisch aber meine Tochter kann perfekt Englisch die hat mir das dann übersetzt wie ich den Akku zurück senden sollte das habe ich dann auch getan und bis heute habe ich noch kein anderen Akku bekommen weder noch eine Nachricht oder Bestätigung oder mein Geld zurück.Und wenn ich als Deutscher in den Niederlanden bestelle dann kann ich auch eigentlich in Deutscher Sprache auch eine Antwort bekommen die lernen in den Niederlanden auch deutsch in der Schule Mit freundlichen Grüßen Günter Gerjets

Ein niederländisches Unternehmen das eher lange Lieferzeiten hat und durch die enorm hohen Einfuhrzölle preislich nicht interessant ist gegenüber den CH Onlineshops.

Wenn Sie Akkus oder Batterien online kaufen wollen, kann ich vor der Firma BraunOni B.V. - BatteryUpgrade mit Sitz in Eindhoven (Niederlande) nur warnen.
Am 04. Januar 2022 habe ich dort einen Akku für einen aktuellen Dyson-Staubsauger bestellt und bezahlt. Die Bestellung wurde bestätigt aber ohne Angabe einer Lieferzeit. Deshalb habe ich am 11. Januar 2022 nachgefragt. Nachdem ich keine Antwort erhielt, habe ich am 13. Januar 2022 erneut nachgefragt und erhielt den Bescheid, dass die Lieferung voraussichtlich am 10. Februar 2022 erfolgen würde. Am 12. Februar 2022 habe ich (ziemlich entnervt) mal wieder rückgefragt und erhielt das Angebot der Stornierung. Das habe ich abgelehnt und danach wurde als neuer Liefertermin der 10. März 2022 genannt. Auch dieser Termin verstrich ergebnislos. Und jetzt kommt der Hammer: Ohne jede Vorankündigung hat BraunOni B.V. - BatteryUpgrade am 16. März meine Zahlung zurückerstattet.
Ich fühle mich total verarscht.

Merce ordinata e pagata il 09 gennaio 2022 sinora non arrivata. Nessuno risponde alle domande. Sento odore di truffa.

Devono vergognarsi... ordinato una batteria in agosto 2021, pagato 70 euro e mai arrivata, e nessuno ha mai risposto neanche alle decine di email... sono dei truffatori maledetti. vergognatevi.....

I soldi li hanno presi subito, la batteria mai arrivata, TRUFFATORI!

Confermo anche a me non è arrivato ordine di una pila mi hanno fregato e iro 27,49

es heisst Batteryupdate.ch , Preise werden in CHF angegeben, und wenn dass Päckchen kommt liegt ein Rechnung vom Zoll dabei. Alles zusammen hätte ich besser im Fachhandel gekauft.

Dette firma bruger eksterne leverandører, så vær opmærksom på at det kommer håndtering gebyr oven i den fantastiske pris, ved post nord er det ca. 150kr + moms.

Fate molta attenzione a questa fantomatica azienda, sono dei truffatori di professione, non spediscono la merce, batteria etc.. in cambio però prendono subito i tuoi soldi, è una vergogna!

They sent me a faulty battery, expect me to cover 2/3 of return postage and won’t reimburse import fees I had to pay.
I opened a claim against them with my credit card provider and got a refund. This still leaves me down on the import fees though.
They trade under batteryupgrade and dustdeal

Worthless company: no product delivered, not available by phone, take your money in five seconds but answer your mail in five days. Saying they sent out the item, but ‘unfortunately no tracking details’ which is very unusual in 2020. Be careful: this company acts under two names like Dustdeal and Batteryupgrade
Stay away from these two websites if you don’t want to spill your time and money
