Avoid the Bravissimo in Westfield White City (Shepherd’s Bush). The staff are consistently rude, dismissive, slow and incredibly unhelpful.
On my latest visit, I was left standing outside the changing rooms in the dressing gown they provide trying to get help with a different bra size while staff completely ignored me. It was honestly quite embarrassing and very poor customer service. The overall atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming.
I was also made to log into my account before I could even try on a bra - something I’ve never experienced at any other Bravissimo store.
Sadly, this wasn’t a one-off and reflects every experience I’ve had at this branch. This is particularly disappointing as I recently had a very positive experience at the Oxford Circus store, where the women helping me were warm, friendly and genuinely helpful. So I know the issue isn’t Bravissimo as a brand – unfortunately, the Westfield White City branch really lets the brand down. I definitely won’t be returning.

I think she is Annabel, she was superb! Gave me lots of choice and advice and I came home with a new sports bra with no bones digging into my armpits, and a gorgeous new bra. Thank you Annabel!

I visited the store in Covent Garden. Charnele was such a babe!! She was so so helpful, helping me with sizing and advice for sports bras and strapless bras. Amazing customer service :)

She did not check straps, cup size or under arms.. after doing the fitting my self.... she didn't come back at all... i waited and waited for her but nothing.. very poor service throughout.. massively dissapointed

If you had asked me 15 years ago, even 10 years ago it would be 5 stars all round but the last 5 years the service and quality if the bras is terrible. They are expensive which I dont mind if they last but they dont last 6 months, ive had so many underwires come out and they just refuse to refund saying wear and tear despite following all care advice.
Returns take forever, replies to emails take forever.
Not the quality it used to be, I will be shopping elsewhere going forwards.
EDIT... Typical that they can reply to a reciew in a couple of hours but when you want help and email customer services it can take a week to reply! Bravissimo, sort your priorities out!

I had such a fantastic experience at the Regent Street store! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and this visit reminded me exactly why.
My daughter and I came in to be fitted and ended up purchasing six bras between us. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. We were then assisted by Lateefah, who was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to ensure we both found the perfect fit and styles that suited us.
She made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable, which can make such a difference when bra shopping. We left feeling genuinely happy, confident, and very well looked after.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch to friends and family—outstanding service all around!

London st norwich. I always get my bras here being a busty woman and am normally very happy. This week however when I tried on a bra I knew I wanted there was no Assistants upstairs only 3 standing behind the till downstairs.
I thought the small blonde who served me was snooty in her customer service.
30 p for a bag when ive just paid £45 is a bit of a joke.

First class experience. I phoned ahead to the Cheltenham store, explaining my situation and the very lovely Meg went through the whole process with me, assuring me that she had added notes to my booking to ensure the fitter was aware. When I arrived the equally lovely Liv explained the process again, treated me with the utmost respect and care, whereby I have come away relaxed and happy, having discovered, like so many others, that I’ve been wearing the wrong size. I always detested, and avoided as long as possible, this type of shopping, but thanks to the wonderful ladies in this store I’m confident I’ll be back. They exhibited the art of friendly and welcoming customer service that is sadly lacking in the majority of stores today and I would absolutely recommend this store.

I have been a customer here for years never been anywhere else.
I went to Westfields in Shepherd’s Bush on 39th march this year. I was looked after by who I was told was the Manager!
She asked me about my size but I wasn’t sure so asked her to look in my notes. She said the bra I was wearing was too high at the back and I asked her to bring what she thought would be good. She made me wear many different bras but she was full of her own opinion as opposed to mine. She was also comparing her own bra and said it would be good for me too. I took her advice and she fittied me with these but I wasn’t too keen.
The way she got me to try the. Ra was for me to bend over and literally drop my boobs into the cups and she then asked me to straighten up and fastened hook! I have NEVER EVER been asked to do that before.
I went and paid for the bras and asked the young girl behind the till as to who this woman was and I told her my story. I was informed she was the MANAGER. Shaz was the name I had on my card.
She gave me details where to post my complaint and so reluctantly doing it.
I then went for another fitting and was fitted by a lovely girl by the name of Lauren and she took her time and I came out really happy.
I tired to use another store but their bras just do not work on me.
So thank you for being there for people like me who,love your store.

Was an amazing shopping day on the 25th ,tried a different shop in London and i loved it.Left with 5 perfect bras ,staff was friendly and the fitting room ever so spacious .Definitely comimg back

I feel really sad writing this I've been going to Bravissimo for a good ten years or more. I love the experience sorting out my bras that the ladies always get spot on to going to get them wrapped at the till,but this time I felt disappointed 😞 getting to the till in Cambridge I was met with "Would you like at bag they are 50p" then "Do want them wrapped in tissue" I would like the whole experience!! This spoiled it for me after traveling from Peterborough to be rushed through after spending £120.

Bought 2 nursing bras for £80+ and neither has lasted more than 7 months. Sent them back, lady on the phone insinuated I wasnt telling the truth about washing them by hand because the label was faded 😂 labels apparently dont fade when hand washing too. then she said she expected the bras to only last about 6 months. Appalling quality. Appalling service. Offered a £10 voucher to a mum on maternity leave. Expecting me to pay another £70+ to replace them. A joke of a company.

I went into the Liverpool store today to return a couple of bras that I had ordered online but it turned out I was using the incorrect size. Paula R was on the till and said she was sure that I was wearing the incorrect size so advised me to have a refit as the person who had originally measured me was new and hadn't advised me correctly. Iesha fitted me again and I am so happy with the outcome as they swapped my incorrect bra for the correct size. I will definitely be going back for all my future bras as the customer service was second to none. Brilliant service 👏

I was just in your Westfield White City store and wanted to highlight one of your team members. Willow is an absolute asset to your company, she's polite, extremely helpful and really easy to communicate with, she funny and engaging, it's always a pleasure to be assisted by her. My in-store experience today was an exceptional example of great customer service, that other companies could learn a lot from.

[I'm in the United States] I've been buying from them for a few years and never been disappointed
- great bras for large breasted people including going up to
- good variety!
- includes UK and european bras so get band sizes down to 30 as well as much larger band sizes
- returns take a bit longer, but worth the tradeoff!!
- customer support is great, including online bra fittings

I had a fantastic experience at Westfield Bravissimo with the fitter, Shaz. She was really attentive and gave great recommendations on which bras would suit me best. I’m currently postpartum, so finding something that offers the right support has been really important, and the bra she picked fits perfectly, and it’s honestly the best-fitting bra I’ve had in a long time. I feel really well supported in it. Overall, I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

I've been buying from Bravissimo for years - most recently been in contact about a return query and, before that, for sizing advice on a strapless bra. They are one of very few companies these days whose customer service remains excellent and genuinely people-focused . You speak to real people - no bots - all of whom seem sincerely committed to helping you. Bravo Bravissimo!
