Got text at 7:40 saying Mo would be there at 8:10 and he arrived on the button.
Very cheery and courteous young man.
Completed the job without any fuss.
Explained what he had done and answered questions I had

1st class service

Gas engineer arrived 8am on the button and was very friendly. Both the gas and electrical engineer were friendly and cleaned any mess. Wouldn't hesitate to use BRB heating in the future, very highly recommend.

Been with BRB five years now.Service has been excellent whether for annual service or a needed repair.Would recommend without hesitation.

Were kept informed about everything from arrival time to any work that needed done.Engineer was young man ,Jack,who was very professional and courteous even taking his shoes off at the door.Explained everything to us that he was doing so all in all very happy with service provided

The gas engineer came here was plesent and very helpful helpful. Checked everything nothing was a problem and explained everything clearly.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. Had a new boiler and central heating system fitted. The guys fitted it in a day and absolutely no mess. From start to finish we are absolutely delighted with the professionalism and expertise shown by the engineers. Best company I have ever had to deal with and I thoroughly recommend them to anybody. Well done to BRB and all their staff both on the front line and in the office as they went above and beyond

1st class installation team, friendly and helpful. 1st class communication throughout the process. Turned up promptly as scheduled and left the house clean and tidy
Only downside is that the replacement radiators that were fitted had no side panels or top grill covers which left them looking decisively industrial. Hoping to get them fitted retrospectively from BRB and my review will be 5 stars as outwith that they cannot be faulted and will recommend them to anyone

Always kept updated regarding installation date. Workmen arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. They cleaned up after themselves therefore no mess left behind and made contact when work was complete. Fiona the Project Administrator was really helpful and always willing to assist. Thank you BRB Ltd for making this an easy process replacing a full heating system for my elderly mother.

Excellent service, a new boiler fitted, a couple of new radiators and new thermostats, all the guys were brilliant. They were very respectful and cleaned up what little mess they made. They put protective covers on wooden floors and on worktops. Very impressed.

From initial start to the end of the completion of work carried out . Excellent and total satisfaction thank you BRB .

Excellent installation of central heating system by BRB heating Ltd

The guys fitted a new boiler and central heating system in our house and the quality of the work was outstanding. We had 16 radiators to change and the team worked methodically and were well organised. Great job!

All tradesmen who installed my new central heating were professional and tidy up after couldn’t ask for anything more Thank you
