Maria in the office was a pleasure to deal with. I was arranging services for 14 houses for heat pumps and it was such an easy process with her help.
The engineer that came out was very helpful and talked through everything.

Great prices, very friendly receptionists on the phone, technician was friendly and helpful with advice to help maintain the care of the heat pump system and showed up within the hour time frame I was given.

Couldn't ask for a better service. From the team in the office, to the guys on site, they never stop until the job is done.

Unprofessional in every way possible.
Loud obnoxious workers, shouting and noisy for no reasons.
Didn't seem to be bothered drilling at 8 am in an elderly residential homes area.
Blocked access for several elderly wheelchair bound residents.
Would not recommend this outfit for any work.

Rang this company when my heat pump abruptly stopped working in the middle of January. Despite what I’m sure is a busy schedule they made time to come to me on the same day and managed to fix the problem. Invoice was easy to sort. Office very pleasant to deal with. I plan to come back to them for regular maintenance in the future and would be happy to recommend.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Highly skilled and friendly engineers every time we had our Dimplex system serviced. They even fixed a long-standing issue that others had been unable to fix in the past.
