Ok shame the in store offer of 10% off didn’t apply to our online order despite our item being in stock. Would have been nice to be consistent

Not reliable!! Constant delivery issues
I thought the first time my paint didn’t arrive next day from Cheltenham branch , ok, driver problems , sent another courier, next order same thing, no delivery and driver issues!! Clearly not reliable , will go back to using a builders merchants for paint

Needed a specific colour for some decorating that I'm currently doing ordered my paint late at night and was delivered the very next day. Excellent service as I cannot drive and will definatley be shopping withthem again
