Easy to order online with an efficient click and collect service.

Ordered a tin of cupinol paint on 6th of June to be delivered to the Chichester store on a 3 day delivery , it is now 18th June and still not arrived.
I’ve had numerous promotion emails from them but no contact on when is my paint due.
All I can say is be prepared to wait and be kept in the dark.

First time ordered from Brewers on line! Price was better than anywhere else on line & ready to collect straight away! Ready at counted & collected within 1 minute of arriving. Great job!!!!!!!

This was the only place I could find the Dulux colour I wanted .I rang first to check the trade colour was the same and the customer service was very helpful .I ordered online , got a message when ready for collection , and staff carried it to my car . Only comment would be having to buy such large non refundable quantities , which makes it costly and likely to have a lot left over ! ...

The farrow and ball paint in 5 litres was in stock and ready to be collected which was a relief as the decorator was due to start within a couple of days

I ordered a tin of Rustins varnish for click & collect. I chose Rustins because it is water-based. When I went to collect I was given a tin of another brand (I think Blackfriar) that was solvent based - fortunately I noticed before leaving the shop. I was then told I was given what I ordered, which was demonstrably not the case. The assistant was not prepared to accept the point, although did not quibble about giving a refund (Rustins was out of stock), which I took and bought the right product from Amazon.

What a dreadful company

On 14-Jan I ordered two tubes of Unibond adhesive for 3 working day click & collect at local branch. 3 days passed and no notification, so I called local branch.

I can only describe this experience as if I called "Dad's Army" as the guy I spoke with appeared to live in another centaury. He went into some long rhetoric about this being out of stock and having to be reordered from another of their branches for transfer as my original order was online and not with them. He suggested I call their head office, so I did.

This was even worse as the woman I spoke with sounded spaced out, not sure if she'd been sniffing their adhesives?. Bottom line was she blamed the local branch, and didn't have access to what should have been delivered to them for collection.

At this point I asked for a refund, but much to my amazement she stated that she couldn't do this I needed to call the local branch again. I called them and eventually got a refund.

I had never used this company, and never will again. I managed to find a similar product by Evostick and ordered from Toolstation for immediate collection.

Worst Brewers Branch to deal with, website says 3 working days for delivery and it took 8, the branch claimed they could not track parcel and they could just could not be bothered to resolve and call the supplier, when we called supplier they told us Brewers were talking rubbish and gave us tracking details, customer service is non existent, will not use them again and would avoid.
Claims they could not get tracking but I had no issue getting tracking from Coo-Var so any claims of no tracking is untrue.
