John was absolutely brilliant-very knowledgeable, able to give advice re quantities etc and finishes, and a general all round nice guy. He is a credit to your store and made our experience very easy. Brewers in Durham are fantastic!

Not only was it easy to place the order online after opening our account - also quick and easy - but the prices were very competitive. We were finishing a renovation with a tight deadline, so when Durham did not have all the materials we needed, Liam from Brewers in Durham sorted it without hesitation.

I was working from home with two small children to look after, and Liam went out of his way to help me. Collecting the missing items from the Newcastle branch, he offered to deliver the materials to our decorator onsite. An absolutely amazing gesture and so appreciated.

Because of Liam, we will be using Brewers for all our development projects moving forward.

Customer service and people with an understanding of difficult situations, particularly recently, is hard to find. These guys are outstanding in this area.
