One word... FANTASTIC !
Ordered...easy to do with a great selection.
Delivered to my door very quickly and for free. Quality of paint I knew, first time buying wallpaper - super quality for a very reasonable price.
What's not to think it's ....fantastic !

Goring store people are brilliant. The product I ordered online was not available and the people at Goring quickly arranged a full refund for me.

Great products, friendly service and as much help one could ask for.

Ordered in eary June for store collection which was indicated as 5 working days.. I chased the order after 10 days and was advised there was a supply issue with Rustoleum.
I contacted Rustoleum and they confirmed they had just started production of this paint and tbat after a few processes it woud.l be available to order from mid July.
I was prepared to wait for this but not having any kind of update from Brewers I contacted Rustoleum again today who confirmed the paint was available for order. I contacted Brewers who still suggested supply issues, and besides that their supplier would not supply just 3 cans!

So it appears Brewers will take an order on products they know they cannot supply, give a collection date they know they cannot achieve and fail to provide updates on the order....and then it seems I would have to wait for others to order the same product for an order to be fulfilled

I have today cancelled my order and wait refund. .

I am a retail customer...do their trade customers put up with this?

I'm a general DIY customer. The store is nice and local to me, the click and collect (online ordering) is so easy. If the item isn't in stock they generally get it in pretty quick. Prices aren't to bad either.

Good quality paint and products. Excellent coverage and very good colour maintained even after one coat on all paints.

Friendly helpful staff. If they haven’t got it you don’t need it.

Order delivered on time and with a smile :) Great work Brewers!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, good stock levels and never have to wait too long for the item to be delivered if not in.
