Poor service, great products
Placed an order online, but never received an email to say the product was ready for collection. Went to the shop to see if I could collect - basically ignored by one member of staff on the tills, despite my attempt to catch his attention. Two minutes later a male came into the shop and the member of staff immediately made eyeball contact with him and tried to serve him. I indicated that I was there first and the new customer allowed me to go ahead. Not impressed with a very chauvinistic approach to customers .

Online delivery during lockdown
I normally shop at Brewers in Haslemere or Chichester and think it an excellent company. However, during lockdown I have twice used the online service. It has been efficient and I can't fault the service. In my first order one item was incorrect, but was replaced next day.

Very efficient service
I have used the delivery service from Guildford twice now. The second delivery was only one tin of paint as I am currently shielding but even so very impressed with the next day delivery service. I would use them again and recommend others to do so as prices are competitive.

Most of my order was fine but one of…
Most of my order was fine but one of the products was leaking when I collected it. I was told that I couldn't get a refund for it because I ordered via click and collect. Instead, I was offered a different product, which was cheaper than the one I originally ordered.

Great service.
Ordered online. Store called when goods arrived. Collected following day. No fuss, no hassle, no problem. Staff are very knowledgeable and always helpful on practical details. Very typical Brewers service; that’s why I always use them and have done for many years.
