3 weeks ago I needed advice and a point in the right direction re some hand sanders and fillers for a front door job I was embarking on - well, the time taken to listen, advise and educate me was superb. 'Mark' from Islington (New North Road) Brewers, was so caring and committed to helping me, he went above and beyond and listened to my situation, he seemed genuinely interested and wanted to help me - I'm changing my career from a Midwife to be a painter and decorator @ 50 yrs old! - he advised I speak to Head office. Today, I had another brilliant customer service response from Head office, funnily enough another Mark! who has quite literally blown me away with his kindness. He spent time discussing my situation, educated me on various paints, alerted me to other female painters and decorators that I could contact and has put me in touch with a Brewers rep. This experience has encouraged me to follow my dream, opened my eyes and made realise that there really are special companies out there like Brewers, who genuinely care about their products and the customers that use them.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Contacted me when they said they would. Paint arrived on time. Very straight forward.

Bought an item online but it wasn’t available as indicated on the outlet’s website. They called almost immediately to inform me of this and I accepted a refund. All handled without fuss and quickly.
Can’t fault the service.

Ordered wallpaper online, received within a couple of days, got the call to collect and was also given advice as to what paste to use. A shop full to overflowing, but everything in its place. Knowledgable staff. Old fashioned in the BEST possible way. They do what it says on the tin!

I've found the staff at my local Brewers (Islington) to be helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to give advice.
Recently they ordered for me some rolls of Thibaut wallpaper which, when we opened the rolls and attempted to hang the paper, proved to be defective. I contacted Brewers and staff member Cara took immediate action on my behalf, with the result that Thibaut refunded the entire cost of the paper. Thank you Cara!
