Really helpful team
The team in branch at Margate were really helpful, explaining the products I needed to deal with some staining on my walls as well as helping me choose the best paint for redecorating my attic room and en-suite.

Very helpful member of staff
Very helpful member of staff, highly knowledgeable and clearly knew his trade. was in an out in less than six minutes. highly recommended. price comparison compared well.

Damaged tin
The tin that the paint I purchased was damaged on the top. I asked the store man if he could change it and he without looking on the shelf said it was the last one this is not the first time I have been supplied with damaged tins from this store.

To many e mails
The shop is great the staff are very helpful polite and friendly. Why not 5 stars well i subscribed to everything then the e mails started coming 1 a day so I un ticked some of the boxes hoping not so many e mails I still got 1 every day so unsubscribed 1 a day is ridiculous

Very easy to order online and pick up. Different options too as there is a lock box for out of hours. Lots of products not available elsewhere.
