I ordered 4 items on line for delivery, two of them said next day and one of them said 3/4 days. After 5 days I hadn’t heard anything so I had to chase my order. I was told that they were still waiting for one item. They were all delivered the following day.

The paint was perfectly mixed to the required shade and delivered extremely quickly to our doorstep by one of the Brewers team. Its a good feeling when suppliers exceed expectations for a change. Very impressed!

Brewers in Bletchley Milton Keynes - Needed a special colour paint mixing for a Barn property "soft black" - Rachelle and Lynn gave the most amazing service. They tried numerous times to get the right colour without making me feel like a nuisance. I will not only travel to Milton Keynes for our paint/wallpapers/decorating requirements I will recommend them to anyone. You can order gorgeous wallpaper samples online!!! Great products and a great price but delivery was far too long - three weeks! The items I ordered were out of stock but nobody thought to let me know. Instead, I had to chase the order.

Had an issue with batch numbers on a roll - my fault - but they sorted me out quickly and with zero hassle. Top marks!

Received brewers card and got 20% off which was good for online purchase and promised a extra 20% off purchase in store which I didn't get asked the manager at Bletchley branch who was quite rude so not happy really! Although girl on phone for getting card was very pleasant and helpful! still have not received other 20 % voucher tho which is dissapointing! should have been on yellow backing card which was not present!
