No contact from brewers by email or telephone. I had to go into Minworth store to chase order and was told by staff there I should have been contacted as the wallpaper I ordered will not be in till December. When in December no one knows. Just left waiting for a order that wasn't coming my way. Bad service really disappointed. G.Barley

I am sorry to read your 1* review and to hear about the delay in the delivery of your wallpaper. I have been in touch with the store, they let me know the wallpaper will be in by 31/12/22 and they will contact you as soon as it is ready to collect. Alternatively, we can offer you a refund.

Knowledgable staff
I went to collect an order which was ready on time as notified. Whilst there I was considering a wood project but unsure about which product to use. The gentleman who served me was very knowledgeable and gave me advice about the pros and cons of different products and factors I could consider. I always find Brewers’ staff friendly, professional and very knowledgable. I have no links to this company. Thank you

Excellent and friendly service
The driver tried to deliver but I couldn’t answer the door (on a Teams meeting for work). He called my mobile (also couldn’t answer). Ten minutes later, I called the missed number, it was the driver and he came back to deliver.
When I answered the door, he was very friendly and not irritated at all.
