Truly excellent service. Ordered some paint, at a very good price for Weathershield and, crucially, in a smaller 'domestic amount' tin . The paint arrived the very next morning.

Visited Brewers in Victoria Rd Fenton yesterday and was served by Dave. What a helpful and lovely guy, I’m decorating 2 Bedrooms’s and he helped me with which finish I wanted for my chosen paint, I needed a tin mixing which was no problem for him and he also advised on a metal paint that I wanted, he also advised me how to sign up on the website so I can receive offers and discounts in the future: as a final touch carried my purchases to my car as they were heavy. What excellent customer service , I would highly recommend this store and will definitely be visiting again.

Can't fault the service and the advice given by the Stoke store,special mention to Dave Timmis the manager and Dave Stokes who goes the extra mile.

My experience wasn’t so good for quite a while in all honesty!
I actually stopped shopping there for well over twelve months because of certain members of staff!
But I’m glad to say since my branch got rid of the rotten apples it has been transformed & it’s pleasure to shop there now!

Dave was incredibly helpful and was able to guide us with excellent product knowledge. He also reminded me that I had an unused trade account voucher which came in handy! Staff very helpful with colour problem great service.

Went into the Fenton branch for advice and product for undercoating fibreglass. Was struck by the working atmosphere, great banter between the staff and very helpful with customers. All staff very professional, respectful to each other and customers plus very knowledgeable and helpful.
