Made an order then picked it up.

I went to Brewers today to choose some wallpaper from their extensive sample range. Fantastic service and both gentleman in-store were so helpful and generous with their time in assisting me.
After several hours I finally made the purchase !

Quick delivery!

Brewers supplied the fence paint I was looking for quickly and at a reasonable price. Delivery costs were expensive but unavoidable as I was unable to collect the item due to time constraints. In the event I did not need the new paint as there was enough to finish the job. Brewers refunded the cost of the paint (sadly not the delivery) without a quibble.

Great price on osmo oil. Wasn't in stock at local store but ordered online and it was ready to collect 48 hours later

Placed an order online, easy to place and the goods were ready and waiting to be collected when advised. I can ask for nothing more, good service.

Had what I needed, at the right price. Only negative was that service always seemed a little complicated, and therefore the queue moved quite slowly...otherwise, absolutely fine.

All went well and goods arrived as expected. One can of paint had a small 'crumple' on the bottom but it was intact with no leaks and the paint was fine. The cans are always securely packaged. We were happy with the service received. Thank you.

Easy to order online, and it was in store within a few days. Collection was easy from the Taunton Store.

We bought a litre of satinwood paint, Quiet Oasis, and it was significantly different to the previous can we had bought. We went back to the store, they acknowledged the difference and made up a new lot, however this still did not match. It also did not match the colour chart showing quiet oasis. They then scanned a piece of skirting we had and made up one final pot, but still did not match.
So in desperation we went to Johnson’s and they matched the colour perfectly first time. I think there’s something wrong with Brewers mixing machine, at a customer service level were helpful enough, but they could not get the colour right.

Have been using Brewers because (a) they deliver next day and if I’m out their guy leaves the goods in my arranged place…(b) I prefer to support a local company (Taunton). HOWEVER, despite the online order form still saying next day and add a place to leave if out-nether of these happen !
Some bright spark in their company has decided rather than offer a brilliant, personal service they will instead dump their entire deliveries on unreliable couriers !
Courier would not leave in designated place, goods not delivered next day-then went to weekend and no delivery etc etc..a complete nightmare. The guy from the Taunton branch rang me and apologised which was the only saving grace in this fiasco. Brewers Taunton FIVE STARS but new Brewers delivery nationwide ZERO STARS..lost the customer service and so lost this customer.

It’s very easy to order online, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Their own brand of paint Albany is very good quality, Brewers prices are very competitive and mostly cheaper than the local DIY stores.
