Super fast delivery and great price thanks

Very, very good service from Brewers. I ordered some high quality paint, at discount. It arrived the very next day, with delivery included in the cost. I assume I must have snagged some kind of special deal for this, but eitherway - excellent service from Brewers.

Reply to order was very quick. Text received detailing order in store . On arrival to store staff were quick to get the order and helpful with how to use the items purchased . Customer service very friendly

Great friendly service instore when I wanted to return paint for different colour.

Stock everything you could ever need for decorating needs including specialist paints and have a wealth of information covering all decorating aspects.

Chose Brewers above others because on its website it specifically offered to deliver the products within 3 working days, I mean there was quite a choice so the speedy delivery was the USP. One week later when I have heard nothing from them I initiate contact only to be told "Unfortunately, the 3 days that the website promises is not always attainable due to the supplier being unable to supply". Eventually the product was delivered 14 days after I ordered it...why say its in stock and available if it relies on a supplier getting it to the branch and then out to customer?

Incredible service, I ordered a 7.5L tub of Albany magnolia emulsion about 10.20am for next day delivery but at 12.30 lunchtime just over 2 hours later the van pulled up on the drive and delivered my paint. This service is free too. I refuse to go into the Salisbury store as the man serving (he may have left by now or been sacked!) is not very pleasant. Well done Trowbridge

Brilliant shop. They care, they ask questions to help. They make you feel like they care. So rare nowadays. Can’t recommend highly enough.

As usual - Excellent support from pleasant and knowledgeable staff in store - And this supported by the wider Brewers set up, able to source and get the right products that were needed. Very good with elements of excellent, notably the staff's courtesy and engagement with customers. The somewhat restricted range of choice of the item I wanted (a wood staining wax-based polish) meant the rating is just short of 5 stars.
