Mike helped us manage the case so well, he was informative and honest with us at every step. He made sure to get back to us in a timely manner and we never had any issues with communication. He really helped us with the purchase of the flat and we couldn't be thankful enough.

When we decided to sell our home we approached four local estate agents in Chadwell Heath. We wanted to see which one would be most helpful in marketing the property, easily reachable, fair agency commission and be able to sell our home quickly. Out of the four we felt that Mike at Brian Thomas was the one for us, and we were not wrong. Within a couple of days of marketing the house and one day of viewings, we had received 7/8 offers of which 3 met our asking price. Following Mike's very sensible and experienced advice we accepted one of the offers and the sale went through within two months from start to finish.
