We have looked through our records and have found the information on your offer which you made on the 13th August and we have received two more calls from you chasing up on your offer to which we responded that we didnât have any news. No offers have been accepted nor declined from the owner. The owner is 91 years old and is currently discussing matters with her family regarding offers and moving home. We didnât want to push the owner in respect of making a decision as she felt quite stressed about the whole selling aspect. As soon as we have any news we will let you know.
