Genuinely outstanding service from Bridge McFarland on a buy-to-let remortgage that had more than its share of complications.

Michelle Bradford, Sophie Reynolds and Sarah Fahey worked tirelessly under real time pressure to get us over the line before our offer expired. The lender raised a series of late-stage queries — from a valuer's flag on a kitchen extension, to indemnity policies, to insurance amendments and last-minute documentation — and the team handled every single one with patience, professionalism and a real sense of urgency.

Special mention to Michelle, who went the extra mile to push the lender for an earlier completion date when I asked for a bit of breathing room, and to Sophie, who kept things calmly on track through every twist. Sarah was a great support throughout too.

They communicated clearly, responded quickly, and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel manageable. We completed on time despite the complications, and I genuinely felt I was in safe hands from start to finish.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bridge McFarland — a brilliant team and exactly who you want in your corner when things get tricky. Thank you all!
