What a load of CRAP
I have never ever paid so much for something so CRAP! £37.00 for the football to come deflated without any nice packaging through my letterbox. This has to be a scam.
I did email customer services and they were quick to respond, they advised a 15% discount, which was still unreasonable and now theyâve offered me an exclusive one time offer of 25%âŠ. Sorry but that is CRAP the most I would pay is £10 for this and that is what I want to pay. So I am going to go to the post office and send this back, I would rather loose out than have this ball sitting around.
It is naked to the eye, only shows up on a camera. People with good reviews must either work for them or know them cos there is nothing good about it. You send crap like that over to the UK and youâre going to know about it because no-one in the right mind over here would be happy about that.

Stay away from this brand. They delete ANY negative reviews or comments on their social media posts. They are clearly aware that people are unhappy and want to keep the truth from as many people as possible.
We purchased two balls, one football and one rugby ball. The football was OK. The rugby ball was clearly defective as it was a horrible shape and not symmetric when inflated.
After weeks of chasing following no response to our emails, Bright agreed the ball was defective but could still be used and would therefore not refund our money. They offered a ridiculously low discount because of the defect (less than 20% from memory) or we could return it for a refund at our cost - which was more than the discount offered.
Terrible company. Terrible quality. Terrible business practices. Once you part with your money, itâs theirs - no matter how bad the product is.

The marketing is super misleading! The ball is not bright to the naked eye at all, only when watching through a phone. They claim 100% refund but you need to pay the return tracked internationally which is then around £20 depending where you live. This is a scam. Do not pay attention to 5 stars. The ball does not shine at all, only when you take photos. It is misleading and a scam. Furthermore they do not answer on customer support, only robots. Do NOT buy this ball.
Furthermore, they guaranteed that the delivery would reach before Christmas time, this was a lie as well.
We tried to contact the customer support probably 10 times, but they just use AI automated answer on everything, and do not bother at all in helping customers. They need to add serious customer support and answer questions, not automated answers that just gets you even more frustrated.

Save your money buy a basketball from Walmart!
Save your money and go get a basketball from an actual location. Donât waste your money on someone thatâs going to take their sweet time delivering it to you even after you purchase more than one basketball from them.
My order was made on September 5 of 2024. My basketball was shipped out September 6 of 2024 and now according to them, they said that thereâs also a one to two business day processing that they have to do which they do not stay on their website website and then once that is done, theyâll ship their product to you, which then would be 3 to 5 business days..
So apparently, according to my purchase made on September 5 didnât actually finish processing until September 8 which is when the basketball was sent out Today is September 12 and according to the shipping information Iâm not going to receive my basketball that I ordered on September 5 until sometime around September 15 to September 17
I donât know about you, but Iâm pretty sure that sounds like false advertising since they did not stay anything about it. One to two day payment processing. They also have no information or updates about where the product is when it will be delivered so itâs all reliant upon the Chinese shipping website and the USPS of America. This company is an absolute disgrace. Their promise of 3-5 business days delivery is nothing but a blatant lie. It's been six days, and there's still no sign of the ball we ordered for our son's birthday. What's worse, they conveniently failed to mention that the product was shipping from China!
Had we known this crucial detail, we would've simply ordered the £5 version from a well-known Chinese website, which ironically delivers much faster. The incompetence and dishonesty of this company are staggering.

The most disappointing aspect of my experience has been the customer service, or rather the lack thereof. I decided to return the product due to its poor quality. Iâve sent 12 messages to the customer service team over the past two weeks, and I havenât received a single response. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable and has left me feeling extremely frustrated.
Return Process
The return process has been a nightmare. Without any response from customer service, Iâve been unable to initiate a return or get any updates on my refund status. This has been a major inconvenience and a waste of my time.
Conclusion
If you value your time and money, I suggest looking elsewhere. My experience has been nothing short of a hassle, and I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Flashy marketing not to be trusted
Very disappointed with the product and customer experience with this company. I purchased an AFL ball for my nephews birthday however the ball had a faulty valve, when I contacted bright sport to request a replacement I was advised that it was outside of the 30 day return period and therefore they were unable to replace the ball. When I explained to Bright sport that the ball was purchased and stored until his birthday and we didnât know it was faulty until he tried to inflate it after we gave it to him for his birthday. Bright sports reply was that we should have inflated it when we received it. I am disappointed with this reply as a faulty product should be replaced. I now have a very expensive deflated AFL ball that will unfortunately end up in landfill no doubt along side all the other faulty bright sport products.
Latest Update, following Bright Sports offer to replace the faulty ball I contacted them directly to action this offer however after requesting photos of the ball which I provided I have not heard back from them and there is no replacement ball to be seen. This was clearly a false public offer/promise. Yet another reason not to purchase products from this company.

They have 0 review less that 4 stars on their website. This is very misleading as our ball arrived unable to be inflated due to poor quality. We have found through other sites that this has been an issue others have had so where are their reviews? It seems like the company is not sharing negative feedback/reviews on any of their platforms. I find it to be dishonest and distasteful. When you spend $80 on a soccer ball you expect high quality especially if it is advertised with 0 negative reviews.
