I was with Brinkley's for approximately 16 years. In the earlier years, the service was generally acceptable, though not outstanding. However, in more recent years, the quality of service declined significantly, which ultimately led to my decision to leave.
Communication became increasingly difficult, and I often felt that my perspective as a landlord was not taken into account. Decisions were communicated to me rather than discussed, which made the relationship feel one-sided and frustrating.
More recently a council tax bill relating to my property was held by the agency for several months and was not forwarded to me. As a result, I only became aware of the issue once it had escalated to a court summons, leaving me with a bill of £653 to resolve.
This situation could have been avoided with more timely and proactive communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency to other landlords.

The worst estate agents I've ever used. Staff are completely useless and lazy. Do not use them they're utterly crap!

They are a good team to work with, friendly, efficient and supportive in every way! Should you have a problem or require information, their response time is excellent!

Shocking service to landlords. Takes 2 weeks to reply to emails

Many thanks to Brinkleys for selling my property, so much hard work went into it. Graeme was swift to get the property on the market pretty much within 24 hours, we had prospective buyers viewing almost every day. James went out of his way to find our buyer through word of mouth and negotiated and kept the sale to proceed despite multiple delays on our side. Last mention to Katherine who progressed the sale and ensured we were updated throughout.

I would honestly recommend anyone looking to sell to support this local business in Wimbledon Park.

Suzy was absolutely amazing and helpful within the whole process. She held multiple viewings, helped in admin related work and was just genuinely approachable and kind at all times.

With low fees, excellent local knowledge there is no need to go searching anywhere else. You will not find an honest and professional team elsewhere. Five star service for sure.

My experience of selling with Brinkleys was excellent. They listened to me, which wasn't the case with previous agent. They sold my flat in Putney in 24 hours! The process with them was smooth and they recommended an excellent solicitor too.

Excellent communication, punctuality and support. Viewed several flats with them before buying one from Brinkley's. Provided a lot of help in making solicitors on both sides, as well as the management company, to communicate to finally reach completion.
Excellent advice on using a specific local moving company, which proved to be critically important at the end. Were always very fast and helpful in answering many of my questions during all stages of the process. Highly recommend!

As first time buyers, my husband and I were a bit apprehensive when looking at properties and then throughout the process once our offer got accepted. We chose them to sell our property by mistake

They can’t really put the price on the property and tried to sell less then how much. We been told we won’t sell our property for more then £245k and not to put more then £250, but we sold £250 plus selling fee agreed.

They didn’t sent agreement documents of sale as it should and we only told our solicitor what was the selling prices ended up in completition we had to leave washing machine , dishwasher furnitures etc…

Be honest they didn’t came to show the property just only twice and didn’t turn up on last day to collect the key on time.

THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE.

Now I rather to pay more for sale but having better customer service and I would have more money in my pocket!

Brinkley's Did it!

My wife and I were looking for a place for 2 months and worked with about a dozen agents and agencies, and Maria with Brinkley's was so great by comparison! She moved around her schedule to get us a time to see the property, then booked us another time same day so my wife could see the place when we couldn't both be free at the same time.

Maria was professional, helped us understand the process and got everything through for us quickly. When we got the place, she gave me a phone call to let me know. That kind of personal touch was lovely.
