Dealing with Scott and Britannia was like a breath of fresh air. I had an absolute nightmare with a Mercedes main dealer. Broken promises. Eventually I cancelled the order and went to Britannia. Really glad I did. No regrets. Scott kept me up to date with progress. The communication was excellent unlike the main dealership in East Anglia.

We've had 2 vehicles now with Britannia and Charlie has always been professional, efficient & easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend. Very competitive prices.
