Paid but never received sample!
Paid but never received sample. Went on line to contact British ceramic but site pulled down as had gone into administration! Still waiting for sample. Won't hold my breath!!!

I've only made one purchase so far from British Ceramic Tile. It was for a supply of large format tiles for a wet room.
Good quality tiles at very affordable prices, promptly delivered and so far.....no breakages. All very splendid

Awful delivery service and service in general
Awful delivery service. Tried to contact them about it and it said there our of office was on as there offices are open Monday- Friday 8.30-5.30. But I messaged them on chat at 5. So it’s nice to see some people can doss around on a Friday. It said if they weren’t available on chat they would respond to my message over email. Over a week later and nothing. Would never order from this company again. Basically where is the customer service. Ohh there isn’t any.

Ordered and paid for samples on 26th January, never received - emailed customer service - no response- have just tried to ring them and their number is out of service. Please beware before parting with your hard earned money, will be shopping elsewhere.

I placed an order and am yet to recieve. How can you review a product when not received!? What's worse is you took my money yet have entered administration. Terrible service as can't get hold of anyone to resolve this and see if you are actually going to fulfil my request.
