Ordered 2 boxes but only one arrived hence the three stars. In fairness the missing box was delivered within 24 hours.

I am so sorry that you were short delivered a box of tiles, we should have been informed by our courier when there are any short deliveries and we will get any replacement tiles out for delivery as soon as possible, but unfortunately we weren't informed by our courier in this instance.

I am sorry to hear that have been left feeling disappointed with the damages you received to your recent order. Sometimes due to the delicate nature of our tiles, damages can potentially occur when going through the courier process. However when the damages are reported to us by the customer, we are able to send out free of charge replacements as soon as possible.

Our delivery was very prompt
Our delivery was very prompt, unfortunately two of the boxes were damaged. I emailed the customer service dept and reported the damage, within 15 minutes I received an answer and the tiles had already been dispatched, they arrived the following morning. Exceptional customer service, thank you.

Poor quality tiles with terrible customer service
Poor quality tiles with terrible customer service. Have had issues with two ranges of their tiles. There are better quality of tiles for the same price. Avoid

Great customer service.
A number of tiles were broken on delivery. After emailing the company they phoned the same day to say that a new box had been dispatched. Faultless customer service.

I wish that I could give less than one…
I wish that I could give less than one star! A HORRENDOUS experience with cracked tile has been abysmally handled by the manufacturer, the distributor and the selling dealer. The tile cracked on the wall and I have learned that they very knew well that this tile was doing that with quite a few customers, yet they have made life a living hell about resolving it. Their attitude is toxic and they are rude, rude, rude. Their distributor and dealer are also toxic.

I found just what I wanted!
I found just what I wanted, patterned outdoor tiles. They’re not fitted yet but seem to be good quality tiles and a good quality design.
They were delivered promptly and the delivery man was helpful.

Very happy with my new splash back
Very happy with my new splash back. First one was shattered and they could not have been more helpful and a replacement was delivered within 24 hours. This is my second purchase from them and I would recommend.

Nightmarish experience
Nightmarish experience. Tile was shown as in stock in website only to be called after 2 days that no more stock is available. So i had to pay extra for a rush order from a different vendor. On being asked for a refund was very politely told that the refund should come in 10 - 15 days. So in summay no tiles , paid extra for a relacement order and had my moneyheld up. Absolute casual attitude and not cutomer centric at all. Will stay away in future.

Thank you for your review and I’m sorry to hear about your disappointment with the service you have received. We have live stock levels which are consistently changing, however if errors do occur we do look to notify the customer as soon as possible.
With regards to refunds, certain payment methods can take up to 5 – 10 working days, this is something that is quoted from our transactional partners who process and refund payments. This is how long they quote a refund may take, often customer receive refunds quicker than this.
