I took my time choosing the right one, and I’m glad I did. Great quality, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for.

I am very satisfied with my bed purchase. Everything went smoothly, and I was regularly informed about the delivery status. The bed looks exactly like the photos, and the quality is excellent. It feels sturdy and well made. Assembly was straightforward, and I think the product offers great value for the price.

First off they don’t collect card payments they collect cash or transfer. I got a bed after I made the order online and paid but later found out the size was too big for my room space. I raise the issue with them on their WhatsApp . They blocked my number next day , I used another line to chat them up and they replied but when I introduced myself as same customer they blocked me again.
Be careful with them when dealing with them. I have raised my concern with my bank about this issue. Terrible company and customer service.😡🤬🤬😡😡

I was a little hesitant about ordering online at first, but I'm really glad I did. The bed arrived within the estimated delivery time and looked exactly like the photos. The quality was better than I expected for the price, and it feels very sturdy.

Customer service kept me updated throughout the process and answered my questions quickly. Overall, the experience was smooth and hassle free.

My son's divan bed was delivered a day late. The driver was in such a rush to leave that he assured me the setup would be straightforward. However, when I removed the packaging, I discovered they had sent two different-sized divan bases. One base was around 1.5–2 inches taller than the other, making the bed completely unusable.
I contacted the company immediately and was asked to send photos and a video, which I did straight away. They replied saying they would "look into it," but despite repeatedly asking for a replacement to be delivered, my messages were ignored.
I then commented on their Facebook page, and instead of helping, they blocked me almost instantly and sent me a WhatsApp message simply saying, "Wait!"
It has now been four days since the delivery, and they still haven't resolved the issue or even responded. As a result, I had no choice but to buy another bed for my son.
The entire experience has been absolutely shocking. The customer service has been non-existent, and I am furious with the way this has been handled.
I am also aware that this company trades under the name dreamy beds, so please be aware before ordering. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same experience.

We recently bought the Elegance Wingline Panel Bed from them in Steel and assembled it yesterday
Bed quality is amazing it's super sturdy
