I can confirm the reviews are correct about this company they deserve five stars. I ordered a set of blackout curtains for a big bay window, they arrived and I am thrilled with them they are a very well made quality pair of curtains. I have just received my second order of eyelet curtains and again they are brilliant. Really happy with our purchase, customer service was always very helpful with a speedy response by phone and email. Delivery service also very good. I'd always order from them in the future and reccomend to others. Thanks again

Beautiful made to measure curtains arrived on the date as expected. Quality fabric and finish, Thank you, i’m thrilled.

Customer service is the best! We bought 3 sets of Roman blinds, through no fault of their own there was a slight issue with 2 of them. The team sorted it out without any issue at all and went above and beyond expectations. We love the blinds and the team are just great to deal with. We will be ordering 2 sets of curtains next knowing we are in great hands. Thank you!

This company made me the most beautiful set of curtains. Very well finished. They were also good at communicating and providing advice. I’d highly recommend them

Just installed my third order of Roman blinds from this company and yet again received outstanding service at every step, along with perfect fit and beautifully made blinds . Would thoroughly recommend them.

Outstanding service and top quality curtains. There was a small issue with one of our curtains, but Chris gave us his personnal attention until resolved. It's very unusual to find a company with such great customer service. Highly recommended.

Just hung my lovely curtains, very happy with quality and service, will definitely be using again. Thanks to Chris for his help 👍👍

Although it is 3 months since I bought my curtains I’ve only just hung them after redecoration. It was worth the wait beautiful fabric and extremely well made they look fabulous. I shall enjoy them.

I was delighted with my order. The blinds are first class and well packaged for delivery. The order process on your website was easy to use and felt assured on how my order was being processed as I was able to check on the progress. Delivery was efficient and fast from time of order (approx 4-5 weeks). I would have no hesitation in getting any future orders from yourselves or recommending British Made Interiors to others.

We have now ordered 4 pairs of cutains from British Made Interiors, and are really pleased with all of them. Great prices, well made and a wide range of well know fabric brands. I'm sure we'll be ordering some more soon!

Fantastic customer service and the end product was perfect: quality material and sewing. So happy!

I am delighted with my curtains and matching cushions. The service was excellent and they expedited my order because I was away for the planned delivery date. I would highly recommend British Made Interiors.

I wrongly presumed a cascade blind was as your advertisement showed where there were folds when the blind was down so I was disappointed when the blind I received was not so and is flat when dropped. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful blind.

I bought several pairs of made to measure curtains from British Made Interiors. They all came promptly and are to the highest standard. These are an expensive investment, and so it is important to trust that you will get a good result. I've not been disappointed. Beautiful William Morris prints. I'm really pleased with them.

I have been very impressed with the service from this company. I was searching for curtain material that appeared to have been recently discontinued as the company was unable to provide a sample. However, they rang me to inform me of this. I had found another company which did have the material at a reduced price. Following this conversation, the colleague went back to the manufacturer and negotiated end of line material and matched the offer and gave a further reduction.
The material arrived in a timely fashion and was in excellent condition.
I will use this company again and would recommend them

Lovely material, thanks. Had to wait a little longer than expected but was kept informed.

We placed another order recently for Roman blinds with ‘British Made Interiors’ and are absolutely thrilled, yet again. The quality of workmanship is first class and the materials used are superb. Having done a lot of research, I can say that the price for the blinds is very competitive too. This company should really be called ‘Beautifully Made Interiors’ because their products really are beautifully made!

Ordered some curtains that also offered a free cushion in the same material. Curtains delivered and are good but even after 2 phone calls and an email from Danny stating he would personally resolve this with 2 free cushions nothing has turned up yet. It’s only been 5 weeks since original delivery so and 2 weeks since last communication (stating it/they would be with me in a week), if anything shows I’ll provide an update.

Curtains fine, customer service poor. Don’t promise something you cannot deliver on.

Highly recommended - I ordered roman blinds, tie backs, cushions and bed runner all made to my exact specification and beautiful. Very reasonable pricing and quick delivery. Excellent customer service from Danny throughout the process - thank you!

This company have an outstanding range of fabrics. I had something very specific in mind and found it on their website. My curtains are beautifully made at a very reasonable price.
