I would recommend this company any time. They kept me informed and were on time and for both pick up and delivery to new address. Both were friendy and polite and very helpful.Price was very competitive as we only had a few items to move and they took great care of the items.

Definitely recommended!

Good equipment and team showed up on time and worked hard on a very hot day. The fact that Britmove uses slightly larger lorries than some companies means that they can be very competitive on pricing. Most other companies were quoting me on using 3 luton vans, while they were able to use 2 lorries. It kept my total expense down by about £1000, which I'm sure my company appreciates, as do I.

My two Britmove guys were cheerful and helpful from moment they arrived early morning until a very late finish around 7.00pm due to waiting around for release of keys in late afternoon. Glad to say they survived the heat, the stairs and the lift up to my top floor flat. Amazing! Very highly recommended, and Bianca at Britmove office was great to make the arrangements through.

An absolutely excellent service from the very start when I asked for a quote . All extremely efficient . 2 guys arrived on time and cleared the house in a careful manner and were extremely courteous. Drove over 150 miles to new address and unloaded the lorry and put things in correct rooms , garage and garden. Nothing broken as it was carefully stored for journey down. I would definitely recommend this company .

I've actually saved their details for when I may need something picked up or delivered for me. Or in case I need to move again.

I could not have asked for a better service from this company. The removal men were extremely polite and could not do enough to enure everything was as I requested. I will certainly use this company again when I move again in six to seven months time.

We paid for furniture dismantling services, but the people who turned up on the moving day decided that they didn't need to do it. As a result, a chunk of the side panel was ripped off from the corner of a wardrobe, which they hid by placing the damaged side against the wall (I wish I could post a picture here). We found it a couple of days later when we rearranged it and contacted the company with a picture of the damaged part as evidence. Daniel replied to us literally with two sentences 'Is the damage fixable? Maybe it can be glued back (copied from his original message)' without any apology. After that, we sent him a couple of emails, but so far no reply has come back. After posting a review on their service on google about a month ago, though, Raz contacted us to 'resolve this issue'. All we requested was the exact cost of the same wardrobe, the refund of the unprovided service and the fee for a professional to assemble a new wardrobe. We haven't heard from Raz even once after our email, and it has been a month. We are now going to escalate this matter and take necessary action against their terrible customer service with the support from external organizations. If they had responded differently, we would recommend them to my friends as a company that properly handles problems, but no, not this company.

Fantastic service, expert and speedy. The delivered a cross country move including dismantling service and reassembly with absolute ease. The crew were polite and delivered all requests immediately. We would recommend them to anyone.

Bogdan and Florian the movers were an absolute dream team. From the moment they arrived they were polite, and efficient and very lovely blokes. Packed and unpacked in record time.

The Guys arrived on time and had a very confident approach. They dissipated my concerns about wether things would fit into both the van and my new home. Very pleased with both their attitude and confidence. Nothing was too much trouble. Good job lads.

Four lovely gents turned up on time, smart and clean. They had a long move for me. They wrapped all of my breakables and when they arrived put everything where I wanted and plumbed in my washing machine. Went as smoothly as a house move could go. I recommend.
