I had the pleasure of working with Jordan, Mike, and Jess at Broadbench for my remortgage, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. They were extremely attentive to my needs, taking the time to fully understand my situation and find the right mortgage rate for me.

Once the right deal was secured, they didn’t stop there – I received an update every two weeks with the latest rates for the same product I was on. Thanks to their persistence, they managed to lock in an even lower rate than we originally agreed, saving me a substantial amount of money over the term.

On top of that, they carried out a full review of my existing business financial plans, including protection and life assurance, and consistently found better deals that suited my circumstances.

If you’re a contractor or freelancer looking for a dedicated, proactive, and genuinely client-focused team to secure you the best possible deals, I can’t recommend Broadbench highly enough.

In the end we both realised I was unlikely to make a purchase as it wasn't the right fit for our organisation, but he was still kind enough to spend the 30 minutes giving great advice anyway.

The application process for a relevant life and key person's cover with Mike was detailed. He was patient in explaining key aspects and was able to address my concerns raised during the application.

It was an awkward one due to having to renew but also moving house with in a small period of time, so she helped me find the right mortgage avoiding any early repayment fees whilst being at competitive interest rate.
