I found the people I spoke to via email and on the phone both friendly and helpful. They helped secure us a good mortgage rate and this was checked against current deals each month up to our renewal date to make sure it was still the best deal we could get. By doing this, they helped us avoid paying a rate that would've meant an increase of around £200 on our monthly payments.

One niggle, hence the 4 stars, was that one correspondence confused me due to slightly incorrect information about rate, however this was resolved very quickly when I queried it. Without this small niggle, 100% would've given 5 stars. Eitherway I'll be using Broadbench again!

As a contractor who has moved between inside and outside IR35, and was closing a company, I didn't have a straightforward case for getting a mortgage.
