Such a great experience
Such a great experience, every time we have shopped with them. We as a family are going to miss you loads. You were our go to and introduced so many amazing brands Reiker etc. Thank you for everything ❤️

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Prompt delivery but sadly the item was too big and therefore returned. Refund was made immediately the item was received back.

Great pricing and service
Bought a Boss shirt. It was £30 cheaper than at 2 of the bigger, well known stores.

Purchased item on line
Purchased item on line, collected from store. Item was ready for when we got there, gentleman very polite and spoke about how to clean the item. Whole experience was a good one

My item arrived damaged
My item arrived damaged. I have emailed Broadleys multiple times without any response. They clearly do not care about the customer. I will not be shopping with them again. Stay well clear.

We have not received any emails from you about this issue.
We will send you an email for further details on this matter and hopefully we can get this resolved.
Update on review: We promptly reached out to the customer upon learning about the issue raised in their review. Prior to this, there had been no indication of any problem via email.
Despite multiple requests, we have yet to receive any photo evidence of the alleged damage or copies of the emails supposedly sent to us, as of Friday, 23rd February.
At Broadleys, we prioritise customer satisfaction and address concerns with the utmost care. Our track record, evident in numerous positive Trustpilot reviews, reflects our commitment to going above and beyond for our customers. We offer multiple channels of communication, including phone, email, and live chat.
