Fast delivery and excellent customer service, thank you!

Fair prices, easy ordering and quick delivery

I have ordered from Broadway Candy multiple times and I am beyond impressed. I've never experienced any issues; I've never had a product arrive damaged, and the speed of shipping is excellent.

One thing I love about this company is their honesty; they will clearly state if a product has a close use by date.

Unlike other American product websites, Broadway Candy's prices are fair to the customer, and the shipping fee is incredibly reasonable.

Highly recommend Broadway Candy, and I look forward to placing more orders from them in the future.

Good price and quick delivery. I buy this product because it is sugar and fat free, and kosher. Its very hard to get in shops so was very pleased to find this company sells it

Quick delivery, delicious snacks!

Great fast service

Bought some of my favourite snacks from here that i wasn’t able to find anywhere else in the UK at a decent price except from here! They arrived really quickly also!

Ordered 6 items, box was damaged and only 5 was in there, driver couldn’t mark as damaged if I took the five so was sent back. Couldn’t send a email as they were getting bounced back saying inbox was full so tried messenger but no reply, then used the contact form got a reply asking for information I’d already sent but again couldn’t reply as inbox was full, contact form again to confirm what I’d ordered(not sure why you couldn’t of checked the invoice)
Replacement parcel just turned up and I was sent 5 not the six I’d ordered.
This has proved a lot of hassle for such a small transaction.
If you had a way of actually calling you or live chat then hopefully this could have been avoided.

I recently ordered from Broadway Candy and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The delivery was incredibly quick, ensuring that my sweet treats arrived fresh and in perfect condition. The quality of the products is outstanding – every candy I tried was delicious and exactly as described. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the high quality you receive. I'll definitely be ordering again and recommending Broadway Candy to my friends and family!

I placed an order via TikTok Shop on the 6th June [2024] and immediately the next day I received a message stating that my order would be delayed and would be scheduled to arrive between 10th-12th June. Their email address (which I got directly from their website) doesn’t seem to work as the email I sent bounced back! I am now going to have to go to my bank to get my money back! I wish I could give a ‘Zero’ star rating, however Trustpiliot does not allow that.
To anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this company, DON’T!!!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid at all cost!

Always swift with this one. Add to cart, pay and at times it’s even sent out on the same day. Love trying out new random products, but our fave will be the 1.8L peach ice tea we buy per carton. The multipack drizzilicious is out of stock, can this please be restocked? Also would be awesome if you can stock the 3 different gluten free oreos (original, double creme and golden) - dying to try those. Oh and perhaps also the jello sugar free pudding mixes too!
Anyway, love the site, so far no issue and everything’s been pretty smooth and straightforward.

As an American living in London, I am always on the hunt for folks that supply goodies from home. Broadway has a great selection, at great prices (the Premium Saltines were the best price offered anywhere!), delivered quickly, but what really earned them my five stars, and topped all the other suppliers I've used in the past, was that every single item had a very generous use by date. Thrilled that I'm not going to have to force feed myself those saltine crackers to avoid having them go stale in a week or two. Well done Broadway. I'll be back for sure.
