BrokerCo レビュー

Paul always goes over and above our expectations to look after our needs, bringing a personable approach to his dealings and ensuring the best outcome for us always.

Paul handled the deal with no fuss and over that period of year when people are hard to get a hold of.

Thankyou so much to Jodie and Michelle for all their help, such a great team.
Would highly recommend BrokerCo, they go above and beyond to help.

Matthew and Monique assisted us in refinancing our home loan when we were in a very difficult position. Their professionalism and understanding gave us confidence in their ability, and they were able to arrange a fantastic mortgage at the best possible rate. We had tried another mortgage broker previously, who was not able to help us, and just when we had begun to lose hope, BrokerCo gave us the outcome we had been looking for. Thank you so much to Matthew and Monique for your hard work and for going the extra mile for us. We are so very appreciative.

The two ladies who organised our mortgage did it quickly and seamlessly. After being stuffed around by the major banks they took the reigns in getting everything in order so we could finally purchase our first home, not to mention they were both amazing to deal with and sorted out any problems we encountered quickly without hassle. The only downside to the finalisation of our mortgage was that our deposit submitted to the bank was lower than what we had agreed to which pushed our mortgage insurance up costing us more in the long run. By the time we noticed this it was too late to change it which was quite disappointing.

After starting my re-entry to the property market with another major well known broker I switched. BrokerCo did more for me in a week than the other major broker did in 2 months. Great advice and customer service, always accessible and ready to help. BrokerCo is a company I would happily recommend to friends and family.

Excellent, professional and personal service from the team at BrokerCo.
Highly recommended !!!

Brooke went above and beyond keeping us updated daily on the progress of our application...
Even the busiest time of year did not see her falter, maintaining all the necessary deadlines. I highly recommend Brooke and the team at BrokerCo.

We are so grateful as to what BrokerCo has done in order with helping us initiate the first steps with buying our first home. Without Jodie and Monique having our backs and making the process a lot easier for us. We definitely would’ve been stressed out of our minds. If there’s anybody who is purchasing their first home and need all the help they can get I definitely recommend seeing these guys. Not only have they performed at their duty but being able to speak to someone on the same level makes it’s so much more stress free as they understand your terms and what best suits you. We give 5 stars because everything was an absolute breeze from start to finish. If anything was a long process it was due to us 😂 Thanks team BrokerCo

Always a pleasure to deal with and fast to respond. I have recommended Broker Co. to many others over the years, 2 of which have been to Broker Co on my recommendation and were very happy with the service.

Broker Co we're extremely helpful in refinancing our home loan, getting us a better deal.
They did all the hard work for us and made the whole task a breeze.

Great service. Quick reply to emails. Very happy.

Excellent, informative and kind to-and-fro from Kristie Waite. Open and honest communications, wholly transparent at all times.

Kristie was with us during the whole process! She replied all our questions and supported us all the time, provided us with the information in a timely manner and was a great listener. Thanks Kristie!

Jodie was so helpful and supportive through the whole process especially as we were first home buyers with no idea what we were doing. She was there anytime we had any questions and we can't thank her enough for everything she did for us.

Paul was excellent at getting the right home loan at the right rate for us. He really knows his stuff and we always feel confident with his advice. He worked very hard for us at a time when dealing when banks are difficult, all the way though to settlement and beyond .
Highly recommend !

Paul and his team offer a first class service. We have been very happy with the communication throughout the whole process and we felt very valued clients. I'll be looking to approach the team again in the near future. Thanks BrokerCo Team.
