Shortly after, they offer a "redemption" package promising positive exposure and reputation cleanup—for a price. If you decline or fail to continue their paid plan, the negative reviews mysteriously return. This is not unbiased journalism. It's a calculated extortion model.

they are not a legitimate and reliable source. they target start up brokers even doing legitimate business gave them bad reviews and offer these brokers their package for a change to redeem themselves and exposure. Once you did not continue with your plan.. they will drag broker’s name down… again. It’s extortion on a level.
