The vet with my reactive Rotty was fantastic. Thank you for an excellent service today. Friendly service, reasonable price and glad I have changed vets to you.

I visited 3 times, and on each occasion I wasn't impressed at all. First visit my cat wasn't checked thoroughly (didn't listen to her heart on the yearly check). Second time I was left sitting for almost an hour without any apology, so got up and left.
Third time, the receptionist was extremely rude and as I left she shouted out 'Whatever' which wasn't nice. She is on their photo c.size 18, short brown hair, around 50, so I wrote in to complain as I was extremely offended by her.
When she was spoken to, apparently she was in tears saying that it wasn't her, which effectively meant that she was trying to blame the other 2 slimmer receptionists instead. When I pointed this out, they asked me to not go back, which was quite unbelievable as it was me who was offended by her and not the other way around. I merely pointed out exactly which one it was in the photograph.
No, I Would Not Recommend Them.
