A very easy experience buying my latest watch. Great communication, Giuseppe was very helpful. I would buy again without hesitation.
Thank you.

I recently purchased a gorgeous watch from Guiseppe who made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. Guiseppe was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my calls and messages which really helped put my mind at ease when purchasing something so special for my husband to be. I also wasn't sure on the size and Guiseppe helped figure this out and also happily sent the watch with extra links in case it was too small. I really couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone and will certainly be coming back to him with any future watch purchases! Thank you again Guiseppe!!

Excellent customer service. Guiseppe made me feel comfortable throughout the buying process. Answered all my questions and even offered to personally deliver any further purchases I make to my home even though I live nearly 2 hours away! Keep up the good work.

From initial contact, right through to the delivery of my watch the team were so helpful!

They answered all my questions in detail and responded very quickly each time.

I will 100% be making another purchase.

I met Giuseppe yesterday in his Bedford office To purchase a 1985 Buckley dial to add to my collection the watch was a fantastic example in great condition all original and had all the original hang tags and booklets one of the best complete package examples that I have seen.
He did me a great deal and we chatted watches for ages his knowledge is great.the office from outside is very low key which I liked nobody would know you have an expensive watch in your bag when you walk out which is great on the security side of things when leaving.
My experience was brilliant from start to finish from the initial messaging to meeting
I highly recommend Giuseppe and I will be back, buy here in confidence .

Second time buying a watch from Giuseppe and amazing service as always. He found the watch I wanted within a day at a good price and personally delivered it to me within a few days. Highly recommended and will definitely be back for more watches through Brothers In Time.

First Rolex / Batgirl

Can't thank Giuseppe & Eren enough for helping me secure my first luxury timepiece. Both have extensive knowledge in the world of watches and could not of been more accommodating and helpful.

I'm a complete novice when it comes to luxury time pieces but they were both so patient with me in ensuring I understood everything!

This won't be the last time I purchase a watch with them

Excellent service by the guys . Everything was as expected. Thank you
