I found these guys by chance and I’m so pleased I did, very honest and knowledgeable I’ve done a couple of deals with them and found them very fair and trustworthy I will have no problem in doing business again.

Superb communication and advice throughout. Giuseppe kept me well informed as to the delivery process. I purchased a Rolex Hulk, at a very competitive price. I would definitely use BIT again. Nice touch offering to hand deliver and adjust the watch, if required. I didn’t require this, but excellent to see the level of care and attention to detail. You would not get this from an AD on the high street. Can’t thank them enough.

Giuseppe is a very likeable and professional person that knows his business. The watch i bought was exactly as described and basically in 'as new' condition. Price was very fair and the whole process was really smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice timepiece!

Fantastic and trustworthy service from Giuseppe. I was offered a great deal on a Tudor and was kept updated with emails and photos of tracking numbers. Highly recommended and I'm sure I'll be back.

I approached Brothers in Time when I stumbled across their eBay shop. I messaged and got a reply back soon after. I was only doing a bit of enquiring at this stage, however, they had a lot of time for me and ensured they answered all my questions.

What impressed me was a follow up message from Brothers in Time later that day to see how I was getting on and if I had decided to sell my watches etc. Chatting some more, I decided to enquire about a part exchange for a Submariner Bluesy 16613 they had on their website. We discussed prices and both came to a mutual agreement re a part exchange. The process following the virtual handshake was seamless. We kept in contact and within 48 hours, I met Giuseppe in my home town (he personally drove to me to deliver the watch). He provided a no rush, no pressure service which put my mind at ease particularly when spending a large sum of money. The deal was effortless; Giuseppe and Eren are extremely professional, friendly, honest, fair and true gents to do business with. I am extremely happy with my new watch and blown away by the service provided by Brothers in Time. I will certainly be giving them a call in the future should I wish to purchase, part exchange, service a watch or just ask for a bit of advice! 5 star experience!!

First time dealing with BIT and have to say the best out of all my trades.
To honest gentleman who I look forward to dealing with again.
Many thanks
Dan

Great communication. Bought from BIT before and would definitely do so again.

Fantastic service from the team! Competitively priced and as described.

Giuseppe is very knowledgeable and very helpful. A real pleasure to do business with.

Very professional engagement and lots of helpful communication

I recently purchased a submariner from Giuseppe. I had set very high expectations because It’s been a life time goal to own a Rolex. I’m extremely happy to say I wasn’t disappointed whatsoever. This guy ticked every box and in my opinion a true gent. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Many thanks,
Glenn.

Second time visiting these guys, this time to move a couple of watches on. Very fair price agreed for both watches, no fuss or messing around. Very nice chaps.

Giuseppe and Eren where great. Both super friendly. Overall, I had a great customer service experience, and the watch met and even exceeded expectations! I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a luxury time piece!

Contacted BrotherInTime Ltd for a Bluesy Sub and the whole purchase was turned around in less than 24 hours. Nice, safe and discreet pick up location and absolutely amazing service. Will defo be in contact for any future watches!

I had a great experience with Giuseppe. I appreciated the numerous high quality images that were provided in the advert, rather than needing to ask for better photos. The description was clear and accurate and Giuseppe was easy to speak to over the phone and once again provided clear and accurate information.

We agreed on a fair deal and Giuseppe advised when he would be able to post the watch and he stuck to his word.

Thanks!

No fuss very professional. Great communication. Most importantly I am delighted with the purchase. Service was very smooth and quick. Product exactly as described at a great price. Highly recommended

Great service from Giuseppe. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble - they even delivered the watch, what more could I ask for. Will use again. Thanks.

I purchased an Omega Speedmaster from Brothers In Time. A very unusual version that I was happy to add to my collection. They are really knowledgeable guys. I will be buying from them again.
