This is the first time I used Brown Paper Packages but won't be the last! One of our close friends lives in Portugal. She has 4 young children and her husband is critically ill with COVID in hospital. We have felt so far away and helpless. We sent her a self care package and the kids lots of fun activities to distracr them during this difficult time. We have received so many wonderful pictures of them opening their gifts. The company bundled the packages for us to reduce the shipping costs and even paid the import tax for her! What a remarkable company! Thank you for helping us to be there for our friend!

Ordered a Vegan Wellness food hamper for my daughter for Easter. I was kept well informed about despatch and delivery times. My Daughter loved it especially the salted caramel and was very impressed with the other products. Definitely will use the company again.

Very nice concept and gift , but the gift was promised for next day delivery - which was not the case. Given it was a time sensitive present, disappointing that this wasn’t clearly flagged or managed.

Can't recommend Brown Paper Packages more, I already can't wait for another birthday to send one of these again! A wonderful and diverse selection of thoughtful gifts at such a reasonable price. I was worried my delivery wouldn't arrive on a friend's birthday and their customer service was so efficient and friendly, I spoke to an actual human being on the phone and it was so quick to get through, and reassured me that it would - which it did! I was delighted to have found Brown Paper Packages online. All the other gift options for delivery seemed to have edible goodies that are loaded with sugar. I wanted to send a healthy treat to a friend who was recovering from surgery and cancer. I've never seen the parcel. She loved it when she received it. However I learnt from her later that the dark chocolate was too bitter to her taste. I realise that not everyone loves dark chocolate - worth checkin next time!

The recipient seemed to love it, but of course I didn't get to see it. The jigsaw went down particularly well with my self-isolating daughter. I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order which was a bit disconcerting. There was no problem, the parcel was delivered on time (next day), and I got great personal service when I called to check.
