Given my age and medical history, securing travel insurance is far from straightforward, particularly when needed at short notice. Rachael De'Ath provided the most efficient and effective service one could wish for and came up with an immediate solution. Brilliant service.

Thankfully and even though was dealing with loss of my father and having to sort things regarding empty house insurance karla from the brunel team was great in explaining and a true help most grateful and would definitely recommend them I will even consider them for home insurance and contents when the renovation work is completed most helpful indeed

‭Disappointed with the service received particularly after reading so many positive Trustpilot reviews. We were looking for a bespoke travel insurance policy as our criteria didn’t fit the standard “off the shelf policy” - nothing considered high risk, a policy for a fit and healthy young person. We were shocked at how high the quote was (+400% higher than a standard policy) when the reason for the quote was low risk. We wanted to better understand the rationale for the high price and asked specific questions via email, which were ignored in the reply from the advisor. In order to potentially be spending so much money we needed to understand the detail to make an informed decision so asked again, the reply, in a nutshell, said go elsewhere and didn’t help at all. The service was very unfriendly with no personal circumstance consideration given, no human touch and no negotiation or alternatives offered. A case of “computer says no”, with no further discussion or help offered. The end! A real shame. ‬We took the advisor’s advice to look elsewhere and have managed to secure a policy elsewhere at a fraction of the price quoted by Brunel.

Simon Lewis found us a home insurance policy and he was amazing, incredibly helpful, and super responsive. He made the process stress free and answered all of my questions promptly. He also moved very quickly in finding us the perfect policy, which I greatly appreciated. Couldn't be more satisfied with his service.
