Initially switched house insurance using Brunel. Whilst competitive they were also very pro active in communications. Again with the renewal this year they were very pro active in providing a quote in good time and happy to answer all and any questions.

In arranging a travel policy as an older person I found the broker (KC) at Brunel Insurance both reassuring and knowledgeable. She was able to place the business to cover medical conditions for an extended episode of travel and at a price that provided very good value. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

I have dealt with Brunel Insurance for a number of years, and find them efficient and helpful, particularly when changing the details of insurance/the insurer. They are prompt with the reminders about renewals, and back this up with the results of research for the new policy. Rachel is the latest phone contact I have had, and well up to the standard of her predecessors. She was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the terms of the policy offered when questioned. It was, again, a pleasure to do business with the company.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Rachael, online and occasionally by telephone, over an extended period while we sorted out the adjustments necessary to my building insurance due to an imminent sizeable extension. Rachael kept to the task diligently, despite some complications caused by the building contract and the builder's own insurance policy. Everything was resolved satisfactorily. I was very happy with her efficiency.

Dealt with Rachel - she emailed me when I was away on holiday and I asked her to re-contact once I had returned. This she did and all the insurance information was sent again - all quite simple.

Katherine Cleeve at Brunel has provided exceptional service. She found a company that could accmodate our unusual travel insurance requirements (multiple dates, ages, extended duration, covid, etc). Her calls and emails were always timely and clear. When we (and so many other travellers hit snags in our summer 2022 journeys, the insurance company's phones were difficult to access, but Katherine helped us file our claim (SO above and beyond!) and provided useful advice about the types of claims we were filing.
