They provide you a dedicated account manager who will help you with all your questions and set up.

Linking with Shopify was easy and they have plenty of tutorials to help you get started.

The most important thing though is the reliability of the service. They can help pick out defects and resolve them for you for a reasonable price. Logistics are always quick and they can communicate with suppliers on your behalf.

Since my business is still relatively small, I usually transfer funds through Wise whenever my balance is running low. Sometimes I forget to do so, so I think it would be more convenient if credit card payments were available.

That said, the website is easy to navigate, and the ability to choose different languages makes it very user-friendly.
