Buddy Allen Carpet One Floor & Home レビュー

Got what I paid for. Great products and excellence service. The installers helped with moving furniture, cleaned up, when they were done and asked if there was anything else they could do before they left. I am totally pleased with the work that was done, thanks.

Can't say enough good things about them, due to other contractors not being on schedule, and then a room flooding in my house. I had to reschedule twice, Emory worked with me both times, even sent a nice card.
The installers (Larry and Roger), did very nice work, and the clean up they do after tearing out your old carpet is absolutely worth it.
I'll use them every time I need flooring done.

we went Buddy allen pick the carpet two weeks later they can to put it in they take out the old carpet i go out to the truck to see if its the wright carpet we order it was the wrong color we schedule appointments for sept 1 afternoon they didn't show and now they are coming sept 5 morning i hope

Emory Kincaid and his crew were excellent to work with on my flooring projects. Emory is very knowledgeable which was key in the decision making process. He used your need and evaluated my usage situatioin to narrow down the best options available.

The carpet and floor crews were exceptional. Both were very professional, efficient, quick and performed beyond expectations.

I would definitely use them again in future and would highly recommend them to anyone with flooring needs.

Ansolutely the best customer service EVER!!! Not only personable and knowledgeable, but Emory was determined to gat what I needed by the time I needed it, and went out if his way to make it work and HE DID!!' Without fail his service and investment in my need will bring me back everytime and recommendations always for Buddy Allen because of Emory AND the gentlemen he asked to bind my carpet need on short notice. He proved to me that no matter the size product, my needs were IMPORTANT!!! Becky R

Emory Kincaid was excellent to work with. He came to our home to measure in a timely fashion. We talked several times by phone and he was so helpful in trying to choose a match to the wood flooring I already had. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Ronnie and his crew was exceptional. They finished the job in two days installing 3 bedrooms and a rec room. They were neat, replaced the furniture and cleaned the floors. I will definitely use Buddy Allen again to buy area rugs for my wood floors.

I chose Buddy Allen Carpet One to replace all the floors in my recently purchased 1973 built split level ranch. My floors are beautiful and I am extremely happy with the products, the installation, and the customer service I received. My sales rep, Emory Kincaid, was top notch and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The installers, Roger, Jerry, and Larry were on time, worked productively, and took excellent care of my home while they were there. I would highly recommend Buddy Allen Carpet One to anyone needing new floors.

Tile, backsplash and laminate are beautiful !! Thanks to Emory and his team of installers. Thank you.

They understood the situation of trying to put my elderly parents at ease and did a great job with the carpet Thanks so much!

We found Buddy Allen Carpet One Floor and Home wonderful to do business with. Julie was delightful to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the product and we are very happy with our choice. The installers were very efficient and did a beautiful job laying the carpet.
We will be repeat customers.

Buddy Allen has a lot of floors to choose from and a lot of experience installing them. Emory was extremely helpful in selecting the floors - Luxury Vinyl Plank for my kitchen and dining area. Roger and Larry did a professional job installing the floor. They went above and beyond to first repair squeaks in the floor and later in caulking all the new trim and nail holes. Overall very pleased.

Was referred to Buddy Allen Carpet by a friend. Picking out and deciding on new carpet with them, which I had not done in many years, was a wonderful experience and process. The new carpet is now beautifully installed in my home. Thanks to all of you at Buddy Allen Carpet !!

Amazing job on the flooring! It's beautiful, and the installation was fantastic.

Julie Smiertka was a big help in getting this together for me and being flexible in working with the insurance claim for the replacement. She helped take a lot of stress out of the process.

Very pleased, excellent work, very respectful and efficient installers. We would certainly recommend to others

Had a very good experience with getting my new floor. A couple of hiccups along the way, but I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Wonderful company management and employees. They arrive when they say and complete the job when they say. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Excellent Experience! Emery came out to our house 3 times to make sure we got the right product for our floors. Randy and his crew did an outstanding job installing, they did the whole house in just 2 days. They also did little things, like he shaved the bottom of my bedroom door so it wouldn't scrape the new floors, and they shored up the underfloor in places where it was weak, and that wasn't included in the quote. They were friendly, and took great care with our furniture and belongings. We are so happy with the results. If I had more floors, I would definitely call them again.

My husband and I were completely pleased with the quality of the carpet and the installation. We had a good experience from the initial contact with the Buddy Allen Carpet staff to the end of the process culminating in well-installed carpet--they returned our call quickly, set up a convenient appointment, brought appropriate samples, and made measurements very efficiently. Their process moved along in a timely fashion with not any sort of glitch. We are enjoying lovely new carpet.

Awesome company.

This is the 2nd time we have used Buddy Allen and they took great care of us. From Julie, the salesperson, to Larry the installer. They made sure we were taken care of. We are having more work done by them. We highly recommend Buddy Allen

Emory was great. He had my rooms measured, samples provided, and installed, all within a week.
