BuildSafe レビュー

Being naive self builders, we didn't know what we needed or how to organise structural warranty but Arran was so good, explaining everything in detail and then finding us the best possible cover. We are very grateful and the organisation and system seems excellent.

Building warranty process can sometimes be a painful experience. Not so when you deal with this company and especially Bree Waghorn.
Efficient, on time, and clear instruction throughout.
5 stars all day long.

Helpful and positive folks to work with

Its been a pleasure to work with Arran and the team, Very professional and always on hand to help. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Having been stung by the collapse of CRL a few years ago, we pay a lot of attention to the structural warranties we arrange. We generally place warranties for 3-5 houses per year through LBB, and will continue to do so for the fast service and clear communication. Our warranties are arranged by Jack, and Jennifer Wilson has been fantastic with processing reports and responding to our queries. I wouldn't hesitate to use LBB again.

I have had a great experience working with the company, The communication with Alanah was absolutely fantastic. She is knowledgeable, professional, and polite and has always delivered what was asked in a timely manner.
I had a very strict deadline for the structural warranty and was struggling with some of the paperwork from my end, however, Alanah, helped me compile those documents, and got me the warranty certificates on time, which is truly appreciable. It was great working with Alanah and I shall be looking forward to working with the buildsafe again. Many Thanks for understanding the urgency and delivering great service.

LBB has organised a number of structural warranties for us. The whole team is helpful & efficient, especially Bree.

Arran and Alanah could not have been more helpful. No hesitation in recommending them.

Bree was dealing with a warranty issue for me fantastic and prompt in every way couldnt be more helpful and put up with me being impatient

The whole experience from quotation, inspections through to sign off and issuing of certificates was great. The team in each department were professional and helpful throughout each process.

I’ve used Jack & his team at build Safe for several of my projects. I’m very happy with the service. What works best for us, is that we get property warranty insurance and building control with 1 inspector. This saves time. I highly recommend using this company.

A big thanks to Bree at Buildzone for helping me get our warranty in time to get the sale through Pre Xmas. Speedy replied and super helpful

Thanks

We had a 3 month deadline to obtain a retrospective warranty for a property or face a financial penalty. Arran quickly identified the product we needed. He worked with our solicitor and estate agent to ensure the supplier and product chosen met the conditions of the penalty. Arran understood the process from start to finish and kept the application on track. In fact we received the final paperwork with plenty of time to spare. Arran kept us informed at each stage and was always on hand to answer any queries.

We have used Buildsafe on a few occasions now and whilst the product, product knowledge and general service has been perfect for our needs Buildsafe have gone over and beyond the required or expected service standards where we have hit a hurdle during the warranty issue process.
Hatty you have been a credit to your company.
I would thoroughly recommend Buildsafe for all building warranty requirements.

Great from start to finish. Alanah was super helpful in chasing up my completion certificate!

Very helpful and quick to respond on email and calls with Jenny being a great help after delays meant the final certificate was needed quickly.

Purchased structural warranty, Matt was very helpful throughout the process.
1st class service also a big thanks to Millie as well, will use this company again.
VERY SATISFIED

I have been very impressed with Buildsafe at every stage of communication. One particular example, when chasing a completion certificate, Bree did an outstanding job to help us in our hour of need. I'd give them 6 stars out of 5 if possible!

By far the most helpful team we have worked with. Thanks!!

Great Service, always very responsive and very quick turn around - highly recommend.
