BuildSafe レビュー

Excellent service from start to finish. Knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and professional.

Great company. Much better than the more well known providers. Very fast at issuing documents when the project is complete.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Needed a post completion PCC and Jack offered lots of detailed help to our buyers, the solicitors on both sides, and to myself. He couldn't have been more attentive. Hatty then took over and was equally as helpful and pushed the process through very quickly to meet our very tight time requirements. Thoroughly recommend !

Wahida delivered a fantastic service, always replying promptly and with a smile. Thankyou

Very helpful with fast and efficient service

Extremely professional and helpful through the whole process, from the initial quote dealing with Charles through to the final certificates being issued with Wahida providing the extra push that was needed to meet our time line. Will definitely use again in the future.

The entire process with London Belgravia has been faultless from start to finish. Daisy and Wahida have always been available to assist with any questions and have delivered the final Cover Notes at very short notice which has enabled us to complete on a number of units.

I purchased a Structural Warranty Policy with ICW for our current 4 house development through BuildSafe. My corporate insurance broker, Read Insurance, introduced me to London Belgravia nearly 4 years ago, and I have found them very professional and helpful. Both Antoni and Wahida have responded very promptly and are always there on the end of a phone.

Lucie at London Belgravia delivered the cover note very quickly after surveyors sign off which allowed the sales to complete on time. Exactly what we required, very pleased.

We are very satisfied with the service provided by BuildSafe and especially Wahida Benuis. They acted professionally and promptly through out the process to obtain our Warranty Certificates and complete on all our properties prior to Christmas in an already difficult time of the year and with a pandemic upon us.

I'm sure we could be classed as an awkward customer, but without fail Wahida has done everything that she possible can to get us what we needed to complete on 3 houses. Thank you so much for your help.

I am currently dealing with Wahida who has been excellent so far. We were appointed as LPA receivers over a site of part completed Houses following the Covid Lockdown and have been completing the development and selling the units individually and the professionalism and speed of Wahida and her colleagues has been excellent.

Wahida Benuis took over my application for a Professional Consultants Certificate at a stage in my conveyancing that was extremely well advanced. Wahida stayed continously in touch whilst the application went through a rigorous process and she showed true professionalism throughout.

Alex made it easy for us to provide the information needed for him quickly to obtain very competitive quotes from reliable insurance companies. Having obtained these, he worked even harder to obtain a better deal for us.

His excellent and impartial professional advice throughout enabled us to choose the best quote. This was not the cheapest, but provided the best benefits and value for money, identifying and matching our specific needs very closely.

We were very impressed with the helpful, personal and professional service provided by the Alex and the team.

A small, London team that can work quickly - that's polite, efficient and knowledgeable.

Very professional outfit. I had a tight timeframe and buildsafe were incredibly accomodating.

Our designated contact was always very responsive, and made the process of securing a retrospective building warranty relatively easy. Happy to recommend.

Perfect!! 100% reliable, easy to contact fast response!
Thanks for all your help!

From Start to finish I received a first class service. Time was of the essence and I was kept up to date throughout with the requirements being met well within timescales.
