I initially attended a consultation regarding my son’s application. Due to my financial difficulties, I was unable to proceed with a standard visa extension or ILR application. The solicitor advised applying for a fee waiver, which was more suitable for my situation. Following this, two possible routes were explained: one was a discretionary application, which could potentially lead directly to British citizenship; the other was an extension under FLR, which would be a much longer process.

With the FLR route, I would have had to wait a long time. My son’s visa was originally granted for 5 years and 5 months, but due to late arrival, he has only completed 4 years and 10 months in the UK. I chose the discretionary route, as it appeared to offer a quicker and more straightforward settlement. I was aware that discretionary applications depend entirely on the Home Office’s decision.

At the time of the application, it was presented as having a reasonable chance of success, and I was never informed that this route might not be applicable or advisable in my circumstances. However, after submitting the application, it was refused on grounds that I did not expect, especially given the solicitor’s reputation. When I later consulted other solicitors—without initially mentioning the refusal—they immediately advised that such an application would likely be refused.

I chose to proceed based on his strong reputation and the many positive reviews. Now, I completely lost track on the process. I am not saying that others should not consult him; however, I strongly believe it is advisable to seek a second opinion from other solicitors before proceeding with them.

I spoke with Usman concerning 'Business Immigration' and the level of attention, care and detail he handled my consultation is remarkable. We went a bit over time and he was very gracious about it as his focus was making sure I understood what he was saying and got value for my time and money. Totally impressed

I had 4 consultations with Bukhari chambers and other than Mr. Bukhari, his team is very disinterested and does not have all the answers. I was suppose to get a mail which I did not receive yet. I did not even got all my answers and I paid for 15 mins however in 10 mins call was finished. I hope Mr. Bukhari train his team to show some interest and do homework before the call since I have so many calls before.

No Zero rating otherwise I would go for that. They will post in online platforms they have solutions for people but once you booked appointment for very very high prices they will tell you general options like you already you know those options apart from that they won’t give any options. Just they will post in online platform because they need money through just from online appointments. Be aware of that. I won’t recommend. Mostly I always check reviews before going to take anything but I think they are doing paid reviews or own reviews that why they have more positive reviews. So always check first down to up reviews so that it’s easier to find genuine or not. Thank you

Money Grabbers, only did an initial 15 minutes consultation which I had to hang up in 10 minutes time, because the guy on the other side of phone was literally wasting my time, I probably knew about the case more then he did.
So absolute waste of time and money. To begin with they didn't show up on the scheduled time and I get an email 15minutes after- we will reschedule your meeting "in the afternoon". Bare in mind I have paid 50£ for this 15 minute consultation and I have already rescheduled my day.
Then he has the audacity to not even read the case and spent first 5 minutes of the call reading about my case what I have written initially,
Then he would just repeat my scenario to me and would only suggest me what visa route would be the best for my case what I have already written initially my initial details. He only tries to summarise the same thing over the phone call without adding any value for the money they have charged. This 50£ was absolute waste of time and money.
Having spoken to a few solicitors I can confirm there are far better solicitors with better knowledge and expertise who would have appreciation for your time and money.

Ali bukhari is very rude person he did not clarify me all the options and just was fixating on one solution and even that he did not explain it was 150£ paid consultation waste of money and time thank God i did not pick him for my application

Mr.Bukhari is a knowledgeable person but I believe he was in a little rush and was not getting my question completely. Advised to pull my appeal back (rightly so) but also advised have to go back on 10 year route for my son (who is living in the UK for 6.5 years already) and husband although we can surely be saved from this by adopting another way(not discussed during paid consultation). I got some guidance but not complete and nobody got back to me from his office how to go forward as what he had promised during consultation. Hope this review would help improve the services. Thanks
