Just don’t buy from them. They do not have costumer service at all the peptides are trash literally.

I do not recommend purchasing peptides from this company. They do not put the batch ID’s on their vials so it’s impossible to verify that the COA’s are associated to your purchase. Speaking of the COA’s they are generally about 3 to 4 months behind, every other peptide company I’ve researched has COA’s from April/May etc while Bulk Peptide’s are dated January/February, it doesn’t make any sense. A sample of their Reta was sent in to Finnrick for independent testing and it came back as “bad”, so there are product concerns here. Furthermore, this company has the worst “customer service” of any company I’ve EVER dealt with. They do not respond to phone calls, emails, or texts. When I try to communicate via text I can see that my messages are being read, but no one responds. Avoid this company at all costs as there are legitimate product concerns that are exacerbated by historically bad customer service.

Part of my shipment was sent along with a note that said it would be sent in 2 parts. The second part, about $1300 worth, never arrived and it’s been a couple of weeks. I have been trying to message for 3 days with no response. I’ve been scammed. There is no customer service. No one to help. Don’t give them money.

Scam: Processed order and accepted payment. Marked order as complete. Did not deliver the order. It was never shipped. Its been 3 weeks. "Support" is ghosting me.

AVOID THIS VENDOR. TOTAL SCAM.

This company is a scam. You can only pay using Cash App so no refund available when there is an issue. I paid $525.00 for a product and received an email that said the order was shipped. They gave a FedEx tracking number. Fed ex has NO record of receiving the package for shipment. They created a label but nothing was ever sent from seller. Zero customer service. I have called and emailed and got no response. I am out $525.00. Don’t buy from them.

They shipped me my product, it was broken in the case so I called and she reshipped the order overnight without any hassle on my end. Hope these products work as well as advertised!

I’ve ordered from them a few times now and the products have always lived up to expectations and the customer service is amazing. There have been a couple of mistakes with the orders which were handled quickly and they even made up for it. Great company.

I gave three stars great product and price but am at my wits end with trying to get answers to questions from the customer service email this company provides for their customer service. Shipping time isn't the best but I receive my product in great condition and great product...free shipping means no charges! I have been trying to but a 3rd order in and anywhere that shipping protection is offered is always the customer choice to pay or opt out. I have always opted out from this route shipping protection that is always added on in the shipping section, now bulk peptide supply will not allow me to opt out of this charge! I have emailed and called the only email and number provided and get no reply. This is frustrating and raises red flags. Website says they have customer service but there is not!

Just got back my third party testing on my Tirzepatide. It came back as 99.57 % pure and had it tested for heavy metals and sterility. It all came back excellent. Cost me a pretty penny to get this tested but wanted to check that the quality was good. It is and the cost can not be beat.

I was really impressed not only with the quick delivery of the product, but also the quality and effectiveness of the product. The best thing was the customer service after receiving my products. I messaged with a couple of questions and they responded quickly. This type of service with a great sense of humor is unmatched in today's world. You won't be disappointed.
